When a summones is served ,it means someone initiates a claim in court. There will be a defence , etc then sets down for hearing . At least 6- 8 months gone. Then hearing continues and countinues for another few months , then the plaintif who is suing looses, Then what happens , appeal happens, another round of merry go round . By then 1 -2 years aldy. But if thePlaintif wins , the defendants will appeal. The other way around. Also 1-2 years. The still not satisfied go to court of appeal and federal court. Another 1-2 years . By then 5 years glove craze all over. All this court case forgotten . Hlt made profit this june quarter . I believe will make more money next quarter. However u make yr own decisions to buy or sell.
