Market capital RM100m, based on latest Q1'21 report, the PAT is less than RM1m, so projected PAT for FY2021 is RM4mil. Please do take into account the FMCO & EMCO, it will affect the Q2& Q3 as well.
Also take into account the listing expenses (RM3-4mil minimum), which will be charge into account on Q3'21, most likely annual EPS will be negative.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

P/E valuation approach. We derive a fair value of RM0.63, pegging it to 15x PE multiple to RAMSSOL’s FY22F EPS of 4.2sen. We are ascribing a c.70% discount to Bursa Malaysia Technology Index’s PE multiple of 47.0x. We believe that the discount is justifiable on account of its smaller market cap as compared with other listed technology players. Leveraging on its competitive strengths, RAMSSOL’s future prospect remains optimistic moving forward as the group strives to empower HR operations not just with digitalisation innovation, but with inclusion of AI-enabled analytics.

Tomorrow will be the listing of Ramssol, looking at the oversubscription rate of 102.88 times and listing price of RM0.45. Mercury and RHB has given a fair value of RM 0.79 & RM0.76 respectively. Has anyone gotten the share?

Aiya.. Ramssol is just a software company, it is not something very special or very advance.
All the software they used is from Oracle or Lark, meaning they need to pay money to the software developer, they just earn the mark-up only.
Last time when market condition is good, many company willing to spend money on Human Resource (i.e. Team building, training, employee intranet, payroll outsourcing). Now market so bad, which company have budget to spend on this kind of things.

So, don't expect too much from this kind of company. It is not technology company like Greatech, UWC, Inari, Vitrox that can generated million of dollar every week.
