It was a bubble 1.50/1.60 a few days ago, it is a bigger bubble today at 1.80.

Once popped, half yr money gone.
It will stabilise at below 1.00.

You see manipulation-free true tech counter greatec. Nasdaq down in june, nasdaq rebounded in july n aug, n nasdaq came down to near that june low now. Greatec followed accordingly 3.40 to 4.00 n back to 3.40. Next nasdaq will break that june low.

Stay away from this bubbly bubble sfptech. What were you thinking when you went in n pay 6x of its ipo price 3 months later after listing. If it is worth that much why would they priced it at 30 cents? This bubble will pop at any moment n take you down with it.

Weather Forecast for Next Week

Markets worldwide have sold off with another rate hike of 0.75% 2 days back. The Fed has pledged to tame inflation aggressively even if it were to lead to economic pain.

Any decision to buy or sell should be based on 20 days Moving Averages. Just watch out for Dow Jones support level at 29,000. Nasdaq support level is at 10,500 while S&P support will be 3,600. More major sell off is expected once these support is broken..

Here’s another view coming from Goldman Sachs strategist David Kostin.

Resetting expectations: "The forward paths of inflation, economic growth, interest rates, earnings, and valuations are all in flux more than usual with a wider distribution of potential outcomes,”

On that note, the bank slashed its year-end target for the S&P 500 to 3,600 from 4,300, and said the benchmark could even fall to as low as 3,150 in the event of a serious recession.

Sfptech's steep rise from its IPO price of RM0.30 to more than 6 folds above RM1.70 in a short period of time is really unthinkable.

The problem is that can the future profit earned and its fundamentals sustain such a high price ?

Abba84, how did u calculate SFP PE at 90x. This company profit for the last 2 QR is at 15.2 mil. If SPF could replicate the same performance for the next 2 QR, their PE was only 35x given the current price at 1.78. It's not everrated for a tech company. But, this company should generated more revenue and profit from their IPO's. So, SFP has a very good and bright future prospect.. TP RM 4???
