Announcement in bursa that the Company has on 8 May 2012 received a notification from RC on his intention to deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period as defined in the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. What would be the likely effect, anyone??? Pls advise

don't know. Does he need to inform if he is buying more?? Last week there is a similar announcement from a director of Nicorp, Khoo Lay Wah. Maybe something is cooking in Nicorp.
