Bursa Securities, for the listing of 1,608,765,957 new SMB Shares to be issued at an issue price of RM0.47 per SMB Share as part satisfaction of the SOL Consideration, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 24 October 2012. So,will the price touch .47 if BS approves the application..

This means there will be ready sellers
parked at 0.47 sen and above therefore limiting
the upward price movement of this stock.

in order to justify .47 per share for SOL consideration,scomimr sure will make the share price higher than .47.
