Dear TCB - Seal looks very bullish with new highs recorded almost daily. Do u think it can touch the physological barrier of 1.00 n breach that lvl? Benalec - did intra day low of 1.11 on Friday but closed at 1.13. Basing on the lower lows done,is it possible that it can scale down further n turn bearish?

Psintek:
have a evening star at 21/04/2014 with volume, which is a trend reversal.
bearish at the moment, break ascending triangle with volume and with gap.
gap resistance is 0.335 and another resistance is 3.5.
supports levels are 0.31 and 0.305.
but the accumulation/distribution converged, this stock might go bullish soon.

Alexofb2b—I did the chart reading for INSAS on 26/05.

#INSAS—very bullish stage 2 of the cycle and forming FlagPole pattern on weekly chart, it is under consolidation inside the bullish flag pattern .Daily Chart—After hitting high of $1.36 on 03/04 forming a “Spinning Top” at the top imply some pull back which it did. It has found a new base at $1.18 and rebounded from this level on few occasions but failed to clear its previous top to carry on its upward movement. Immediate resistance adjusts to $1.26/$1.28, a break above this level signal breakout from its downtrend line and it should move to test its previous high. It is slowly developing into a Descending triangle pattern (Bearish implication)with neckline at $1.18, a break below this level with volume signal trouble and short term traders may want to exit if $1.13 is violated. (26/05)#

After the reading,(15/06)

The scenario remains almost the same except it did breached the support of $1.18 on the weekly chart with small volume, but manage to stay on that level. It is still not out of the woods yet even though some technical rebound is expected to its immediate resistance at $1.21 and very strong Resistance at $1.25( Also its immediate Downtrend Line). A break above this level with volume signal Trend Reversal to try its previous high. Any further weakness may find support at $1.13/$1.10.

Happy Trading..

I did the chart reading on BERTAM on 06/06 and 10/06..
06/06

#BERTAM—I did a quick trade on BERTAM and managed to sell it on 27/05 when it hit my target of $1.06.( Those that received my email alert will know this counter last month). It is at stage 2 of the cycle and very bullish but after hitting high of $1.06 it started its consolidation with reduced volume which is healthy. It tested its immediate support of 0.96 but manage to hold above this level so far is an encouraging sign. BERTAM violated its uptrend line on 04/06 with volume and this uptrend line will now act as its Resistance for any future rebound. (As of today the reading is at $1.03 and rising). The downward momentum has slowed down and some rebound to $1.00/$1.03 can be expected soon. BUT a break below $0.96 signal longer consolidation period with next meaningful support at $0.90/$0.88. Stop Loss if $0.83 is violated. #

10/06

#BERTAM--After the reading as what you said it violated immediate support of $0.96 and consolidation is expected to be longer than anticipated. It is heading to the strong support as mentioned by me, i.e. $0.90/$0.88, any rebound may find immediate resistance at $0.96(Support turns resistance) and strong resistance at at it previous uptrend line(As of today the reading is at $1.03 and rising) #

15/06,
After the reading, nothing change except it rebounds from the low of $0.915 instead of the support I mentioned at $0.90. This new support is yet to be tested, so any further consolidation as long as $0.915 stay, then we can expect Bertam to re test its previous high of $1/05/$1.06. (Also the resistance I mentioned earlier, which is its previous uptrend line. As of today the reading is at $1.05 and rising).

Alexofb2b--You are most welcome.

Happy Trading..

optimusx8888—Thanks for the kind words.

johnny cash—TCB does not recommend stocks at this thread. Every week TCB will pick a few stocks we may like to trade short term and put in *Stock In Focus*, please do not take this as a buy signal as our TA reading for those stocks are for sharing purpose only.

So far we have put up 4 stocks;

1) ABRIC—It breakout from $0.335 with a breakaway gap (signified a major new trend) last Friday from its Rectangle Trading carry an estimated Target of $0.385/$0.40 & beyond. The breakout also took out the “Dark Cloud” formed on 11/06/2013 which has been shadowing the upward movement of Abric. We believe Abric has good potential to scale higher after the breakout. Any consolidation due to its overbought position offer the opportunity to buy for future play. Immediate support adjusts to gap support of $0.34/$0.335. Stop Loss if $0.33 is violated. ( 19/05)

2) JAYCORP: First broke out with volume on 17/3 followed by 2 consecutive gaps up candles to start an uptrend interrupted by intermittent consolidations. The latest consolidation phase, sparked by the dark cloud formation on 24/4 seems to have exhausted and it appears bullish with increasing momentum. Potential MACD bullish crossover in progress.
It is important for its price to stay above 0.825 to sustain the uptrend and equally crucial for the dark cloud of 24/4 to be cleared with volume to scale new highs.
Support(S): S1 = 0.775/0.78 ; S2 = 0.74
Resistance (R): R1 = 0.825 ; R2 = 0.86
Target Price (TP): TP1 = 0.85 ; TP2 = 0.89 ; TP3 = 0.92

3) SCOMIES—Breakout from the Double Bottoms on Friday with increased volume at $1.04 which has an immediate target of $1.12 with immediate resistance at $1.08. Any weakness due to the overbought position should find immediate support at $1.04/$1.02 and very strong support is at $1.00. Any weakness offers buying opportunity for future play. A break above $1.12 will take it to its previous high of $1.17 and Target 2 of $1.20. Short term trading Range estimated to be $1.02 to $1.12. Stop Loss if $0.96 is violated with volume. ( 01/06 )

4) Sernkou- Breakout from the Rounding Bottom on 11/6 with increased volume at 0.33 which entered a uncharted territory. Gap up today could be breakaway gap which indicate very bullish in nature.
Target Price is 0.4/0.44. Any weakness due to the overbought should find immediate support at 0.33. and very strong support at 0.315. Stop loss if 0.295 is violated with volume. (12/06)

Happy Trading..

Sunlight—On your question of Overhangs .

Overhangs—When I use the word overhangs mans there are many strong resistances to clear. This normally happens to stocks that have a Big Pull down and start to rebound. When it starts its new cycle upward any meaningful rebound will invite sellers that bought at high buy refuse to take losses early in the first place and saw its stocks sank so low and have big paper losses. The next time the stock rebound, this time they are willing to take losses (which to them now is a lesser pain compare to that Big pull down).
So that is the reason it is always good to trade counter that is setting new highs because it has no overhangs to clear.Counter that set new high you trade by setting Trailing Stop to protect your profits.

Happy Trading..

16/06/2014
Old Stocks Update

BREM— Weekly Chart turns Bullish.Expected Trading Range=$2.01 to $2.12.Fomred a Doji Star, Price reversal if break above $2.13. Upward Momentum intact. If break $2.13 it is expected to scale higher to its immediate Resistance at $2.17/$2.24. Will clear if $2.00 is violated.

ENGTEX— Expected Trading Range $1.85 to $1.98. Upward Momentum and if close the gap of $1.93 most likely to test its strong Resistance at $1.98.

WCT—_-Upward Momentum.Trading Range $2.18 to $2.30. It is expected to test its strong Resistance at $2.30.A break above $2.30 with volume signal mid term Trend Reversal (Also completion of Cup and Handle Pattern which has bullish implication) for WCT with estimated targets of $2.50/$2.60 for medium term. The only problem with WCT is it has lots of overhangs to clear, so unless the breakout is with big volume it is not going to sustain as any meaningful rebound. I may clear mine if $2.30 cannot be broken soon to release my capitals as those that bought this counter earlier with me have collected the dividends.

Happy Trading..

jass - Psiptek:

Bearish. Has broken the support line at 0.32 of its descending triangle with a gap down and with volume. Its immediate resistance is now at 0.32, the broken support price. The gap resistance of 0.335/0.345 is now its major resistance. Support levels can be found at 0.295 and 0.24, if 0.295 is broken.

Lz Lee Weiping - The doji on 21/4 was just an indecision signal. For that 3 candles to qualify as an evening star, the candle on 22/4 need to close below the midpoint of the 1st day's candle, i,e. 18/4. Very good effort. Thanks.

DBHD-
DBHD may climb after holding above the 20MA line.It started to retrace after a shooting star formed on the 22nd April and a strong rebound is seen based on a T4 theory last Friday. A break above 1.70 accompany with volume will see DBHD testing the immediate resistance of 1.78 with a strong resistance at 1.96. If it breaks above the bolinger band with volume it may try to retest the previous high of 2.05.

Traders may buy if the stock stays above 1.65 level, with a close below
1.30 as a stop-loss. Immediate supports are 1.46 and 1.35. However, note that the stock could trend
lower or sideways if it fails to stay above 1.70 level.
Happy trading.

tsy88 & nana88-Seal
Agree with you tsy88 that the uptrend momentum for seal is still intact since it started its uptrend frm 2nd June.Last Friday, the share price broke above the ascending triangle looking bullish and triggering a buy signal.

Further upsides are targeted at 0.975,1.01 and 1.10.
Immediate supports are 0.855 and 0.815.
A stop loss is at 0.72 level.

tsy88-Benalec
Weekly chart still holding well for Benalec. Last Friday the fallen window looks like a breakaway gap, it may scale lower as currently its supported at 20MA and trading side ways. Watch if the gap is filled and volume increases for a reversal trend. I persume many stale bulls trap inside.Benalec need to scale with volume above 1.17 level to turn bullish.

Traders may buy if the stock stays above 1.15 level, with a close below 1.07 as a stop-loss. Resistance are at 1.20/1.23 and further targer 1.30 level.
Happy trading.

Very bullish. A breakaway gap occur on 13/06. and now is enter into uncharted territory. Congrats if you are in the this share. Remember to set Trailing Stop :) On 13/06, formed a Shooting Star(the price reversal signal), however, need to wait for tomorrow confirmation. support 1 is 0.88 and support 2 is 0.81.

UEMS

Stage 4 - Markdown stage. Very bearish. May found a new bottom at 2.02. Need to stay above 2.42 to confirm the trend change. Resistance 1 is 2.14 and resistance 2 is 2.2.
We always avoid stage 4 at all cost. If you are thinking of bottom fishing, you may want to set your stop loss at 2

Dear TCB, need your advice on Iris , tqvm

Bs1688, profitMan did the chart reading for Iris earlier,

Iris: Update analysis: Broke out of its rectangle pattern on 28/5 with volume but the breakout was unsustainable. It has now slipped back into the pattern under selling pressures. Immediate support remains at 0.40. Still need to clear 0.435 consistently and the important resistance to overcome now is 0.46 before it can trend higher.
Currently trading under the corrective wave 2. A sustainable bullish breakout with volume from this phase will launch it into the bullish wave 3. ProfitMan > Jun 8

After his reading,
IRIS—Still trapped inside the Rectangle Trading of $0.40 to $0.46 and also under its downtrend line. IRIS if break $0.46 will meet its strong resistance at $0.485/$0.48. If this level is taken off with volume ,there will be a Trend Reversal for Iris. If you are trading inside the Rectangle, do set your Stop Loss if $0.40 is violated with volume as the next meaningful support is at $0.385/$0.37.

Happy Trading..

I see cup and handle pattern for ILB today. Supported by breakout with increase vol.

Posted by Lz Lee Weiping > 2014-06-16 13:16 | Report Abuse

Pathew,
Dead cat bounce chart-pattern is a chart-pattern that decline with a huge gap/dramatic decline which ILB have shown in 15/11/2013 and 18/11/2013. And it will some how bounce, to close the gap..but then fails to do so..and will decline again.
and got a smaller dead-cat bounce at 11/02/2014 and 12/02/2014.
it's like a dead-cat lying at there...jump one time then fall..then dead again..then jump again..hence they call it dead-cat bounce.
ILB is currently trading in between 0.7 and 0.8. Although the price seems to be fairly increase the Accumulation/distribution vol is decreasing..meaning that it's a bearish divergence.
for me, there is not much that can be said for trading the dead-cat bounce, what normally people will do is wait for the bounce then sell.

As for today, price seems to be gap up seems that it has the possibility to re-test it's previous high of 0.92.

Pathew:
for 28/01/2014 Special Dividend DIVIDEND 8 : 100 12/02/2014
the gap already closed so it's okay..
but for 04/11/2013 Special Dividend DIVIDEND 118.93% 18/11/2013, which is kinda weird for me because for a company to give out 118.93% of it's earnings to shareholders which is unusual, normally company will give out less than 10% of their earnings as dividend if i'm not mistaken.
e.g. like your salary is RM1000, then you give 118.93%..let's say your kids...meaning that you don't have money for further development that's why share market price drops after dividend was given.
