"Knowledge without discipline is dangerous, discipline without knowledge has little value"
1) We are here to help out any I3 members of their stock TA. If you need help on any stock chart just address us as “Dear TCB..”
2) We encourage traders to buy stocks with a trading plan. Before you buy please have a Stop Loss in case the stocks go against you.
3) We encourage traders to cultivate a winning habit, that is to lock in profits often when the opportunity arises. Be focused. We are here with one purpose only, that is to make money, never let a winning trade become a losing trade.
4) We encourage traders to set a Trailing Stop to protect their profits when riding on a winning trade.
5) We encourage other traders that have TA knowledge to participate and help out others on TA. In this way we all can learn together.
6) We will never recommend any stock in this thread as Buying and Selling is solely your own decision and your own risk.
7) We may post the stocks that we are interested in, together with a TA reading on it for the purpose of sharing. These TA readings are to cultivate habits of 'Discipline' and 'Plan' before trading .

Dunknow - lost a lot already in share market! Now at least I try to minimise my losses. Thanks to Matrixcool's alerts, able to have gains from trading.
tsy88 / Dunknow - good morning. Appreciate your kind words. Nevertheless I am sure you will continue to benefit from the excellent advice provided by TCB. Happy trading !
I would to say many thanks for your email alert that MEGB in very bullish condition, once received it I quickly bot in with price 0.625 :) I believe I am in the early boat now...
I too benefited from Bro. matrixcool alert on MEGB today. I also made on YGL,Jaskita, Jiankun etc. How I wish he can reply my emails sometime, but I know he is too busy with so many emails.
I would like to share my view on your question: Both Stop Loss (SL) and Trailing Stop (TS) are exit strategies in trading plan. Both are about selling your stock if the price changes direction and reaches certain predetermined price. A SL is a price you have set when the price of the counter you bought goes down instead of up from your entry/purchase price. One of the usual SL is at a price where a certain main support price level is violated (broken lower) which indicates the stock has turned bearish (more downward price movement ahead). Hence, there is no reason to remain in the position. You want to be out quickly (exit) with an acceptable loss rather than potentially ending up with an unacceptable and possibly huge loss. This SL price is usually fixed and does not change.
A TS is a stop price that you have set to protect your gain when the stock starts to pull back from its upward movement. It is a stop price set at a defined $ amount or percentage (trailing amount) below the current market price. As the stock price rises, the stop price rises by the trail amount, but if the stock price falls, the stop loss price does not change, and you will sell the stock (exit) when the stop price is hit. So, unlike Stop Loss, TS price is not fixed. It keeps going up so long the stock price is moving upwards but not vice versa.
I hope my sharing is not complicated and you find it helpful.
Thanks Cityplus,RI77,dunknow and tsy88 for the kind words.
TCB was set up with 1 purpose to help and share TA knowledges with all the friends here.
Sunlight, wonderful article on Stop Loss and Trailing Stop. Keep up your good works.
kenix83, Just to add on Trailing Stop beside percentage one can also set the Trailing Stop just below an important support (Like breakout level--Resistance turns Support)etc.
Good morning to everybody and TCB Team. Totally agreed with everybody. Really admired the TCB Team for giving all the TA reading with such details. It is not easy to read the TA with all the technical terms EW, Reversal Trend etc. Keep up the good work and TQVM for helping the newbies from been "Burned & Toasted" by those "Sharks" out there.
Thanks for your explanation on stop loss and trailing stop. Very clear and precise and to the point. You would ve very surprised if I tell you that I have not heard of the word Trailing Stop before I came into this thread, what more to say its meaning in technical terms. Could not figure out and was too shy to ask at that time fearing people would laugh at me for posing a silly/stupid question. As time went by, I more or less got the gist of what Trailing Stop implies, that is to protect one's profit. Now with your explanation, I can see the difference very clearly. One is fixed while the other keeps changing!
tsy88 - please feel free to ask anything that you wish. There is no such thing as a silly or stupid question. We constantly learn from each other all the time as all of us have different knowledge and skills and all of us comes from different background. By asking, we learn from each other. So, please feel free to ask.
This stock is still on a downtrend. Its medium term outlook remains bearish. It seems to have found a baseline support at 0.515 at the moment. If broken, the next meaningful support is at 0.475. Moving forward, it will face an immediate resistance at 0.54 and it needs to fill the gap resistance of 0.545/0.555.

Good afternoon everybody Can anybody help out with the TA of Prestar? The price has been mostly static and downtrend since it hit the highest point at 70+sen months ago...Thanks in advance.
Hi tsy88, kenix83, farue, you are most welcome. Totally agree with Profitman that we are all here to learn from each other so that we can trade better and profitably. So, don't only feel free to ask but also, please share your views as we welcome them all here in TCB.
I have one question on symptom of market crash....yeah,based on theoritical facts, yes we can read/find fact from internet...but in TA term & real life, how can we see the symptom of market crash? Can any one assist me in this?
Dunknow - not working. Just about to go out for breakfast. Wow, you are asking a very good question! My view of market crash is when most stocks gapped down across the board and there is confusion and panic selling and everyone wants to exit! You simply dump stocks and throw to the buyer irrespective of the wide spread in bids. However, on the other hand, there are people who are only waiting for this opportunity to seek value buys especially those with ample cash and funds.
Can anybody assist on Esceram? It had managed to touch 0.29 and close at 0.265, well above its 1st resistance 0.255. Only 0.30 remains, any chance it will breach it next week? All indicators seems bullish to me...and thanx to matrix for highlighting this stock...
