its the scam of the millennium! No brainer business model. You don't have money then you cooked up a scheme then you go about jet setting in business classes to 'try' to set up some 'deals'. All using public funds. In the end no matter how good the proposals are just like hibiscus, cliq, reach, sona all good money will be pour into the longkang. Its chasing after fool's gold they say.

and the warrants? OMG it will just be a worthless piece of paper. They put up a clause that it can only be converted once they and only they decide the acquisition is in place. Once the timeline is expired .... kaboom...there goes your warrants...toilet paper.
