Actually, our civil service is more powerful that our lawmakers! From AG, IGP, and heads of various departments, the instant wealth is just as great as those in Putrajaya!
You honestly think IGP Bador is noble enough to get rid of those 'cartel'! I mean, he was so quiet all this while! And suddenly months before his retirement, he is making so much noise!
Even Tommy Thomas is making tons of noise even only holding the AG post for 22 months! Even the previous AG Apandi is making tons of noise!
You see, they are very noisy because they have tasted the power! And that power brought them great influence and instant wealth!

Come on, even you and i can see many civil servants driving around luxury cars! One wonders what is MACC doing! Wait, there are just as many MACC officials driving around luxury cars too!
It looks like they are competing among each other who has more luxury cars!
