Investment in Durian Plantation, huge profit returns, Legit or not?

There are many so called agriculture company that involve in durian businesses, with a promised profit of more than 10 times the capital. Any thoughts?

not all company fake la... just that they overpromise the profit...I myself have invested in a few durian company..seems pretty legit for me
