CIMB issues 8 Euro-style call warrants

CIMB Bank Bhd has issued eight new European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary
shares of Eastern and Oriental Bhd, Gamuda Bhd, IJM Corp Bhd, Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd, MISC Bhd, Multi-Purpose Holdings Bhd, Sime Darby Bhd and TIME dotCom Bhd.

"The structured warrants have tenures of twelve months and will be listed on Bursa Malaysia tomorrow, with an issue size of 50 million each," the bank said in a statement today.

Three out of the eight call warrants are over ordinary shares of Eastern and Oriental, Gamuda and IJM Corporation, priced at 15 sen each with exercise ratios of three, four and seven respectively.

It also has issued call warrants over ordinary shares of KLK Kepong and Sime Darby at 15 sen each with exercise ratios of twenty and eight respectively.

The three remaining call warrants, over ordinary shares of MISC,
Multi-Purpose Holdings and Time dotCom, are priced at 15 sen each with exercise ratios of five, four and one and one-half respectively. -- Bernama
