P. S. I am selling my foresta in Sri damansara. Any takers? Not suppose to sell until developers submit the papers for individual strata, but if anyone wants, first launch property, we can work it out. :) the reason I am selling if not anything against L&G, but wants to purely divest.

YTL Power is not easy to move. The most also 30% upside if able to buy new asset and not making loss in YES. Naim is undervalued in asset but is a GLC related company in Sarawak. Risky if BM...

Yew Khian, when too easy to earn money in share market, is time to beware. Election might be a big bomb... I already start to sell my share in Malaysia and thinking of buying Wilmar in Singapore when the price around SGD3.
