Morning ... 4th JULY ... US merdeka day. Markets in US off ...
we over here topping ... and SELL is the way to trade for this week. Do nothing if u are in cash position like me. Wait for selldown and see markets in red sea ...to consider buying again.
MMCCorp : hitting resistance too ..at the moment. SO ... see the WHOLE chart ... it is DOWNTRENDING (so are another 80% of stocks in KLSE) ...
Please get the FACT right ... simply because it rebounds from 80cents to current RM1.20 doesnt make it an UPTREND
UP TREND stocks : defined as NEW HIGH ... and formed higher low ... higher high. SIMPLE as that. No need to argue.
Current uptrending stock ... strongest are Yinson, Takaful ...
ALL others including DRB are DOWNTRENDING.

YOUR MISSION, "daytrader" is to get your butts off your lepak in STARBUCKS and strt looking at the 262 up stocks to trade...
n forget about the uptrend, rebound, downtrend business,..
just trade n make money, its that simple... hahaha..

Our news reporter cpteh always says "cut loss cut loss waterfall downtrend", truely classic, lol

An uptrend is an overall move higher in price, created by higher swing lows and higher swing highs - Investopedia
your defination :
UP TREND stocks : defined as NEW HIGH ... and formed higher low ... higher high. SIMPLE as that. No need to argue.
Think :
If wait until the price reach NEW HIGH, then only call up trend , will miss out on the whole profitable price action
Does a "day trader" need to look at 5 yrs chart to decide TODAY's trade ??
Not invest for long-term , just in today n out same day or maybe tmrw ..
looking at the wrong charts and wrong indicators lah....
Most technical analyst only look at max 200 day MA, beyond that is of dubious trading value, except to see the historical HIGH/LOW ..
Do not dwell in the past,
Do not dream of the future,
Concentrate the mind on the present moment (Buddha)
...then decide your trade
