KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 9): The government does not make the sole decision on whether toll rates should be reduced or freezed as it very much depended upon the stakeholders, says Khazanah Nasional Bhd Managing Director Datuk Shahril Ridza Ridzuan.

He pointed out that there was no single government that would be able to make such a move and breach the contract entered into with toll concessionaires.
