The FBM KLCI ended higher on Monday, on the back of the optimism spilled over from Wall Street last Friday and buying-interest in selected plantation heavyweights. Market breadth was upbeat with 518 advancers against 402 decliners, while 365 counters flatlined. Notable gainers, meanwhile, were semicon companies like Globetronics (+21.0 sen), KESM Industries (+16.0 sen) and Inari (+9.0 sen).
