Plus they are setting another info hub in Hong Kong soon which they possibly forecasted the demand of the data storage will be grow exponentially in the near future. A private placement is the sale of securities to a relatively small number of select investors as a way of raising capital. Investors involved in private placements are usually large banks, mutual funds, insurance companies and pension funds. Fair price for Krono should be in 0.545

Valuation that I used was: Using the last 2 quarters (Q416+Q117) EPS and average it then multiple PE.

Its fair to average the revenue increase for these past 2 qtrs. Moreover the revenue started to stabilised 25M above.

I know someone would say PE 13.5+- for Technology companies would a bit low compares to others tech comp, yet please bear in mind Krono is in Ace market.

Hence , 0.545 still in fair value.

--- Sometimes, we just need some patience to see a great revolutionary industry arise, people are fear to change due to they haven't forsee the next trending is coming up, this is due to the differences of knowing the specific topics or knowledge that between all of us, put in simple- gap of knowledge. Investing is not focus on the share price or the past share price. , it needs to focus what the industry is involved and the intrinsic value + prospect of it. It's kind of funny thought that i was always heard from my friends, this shares price had soar up about 100% since the past 3 months, its overprice and so on. Yet, how could we compare the past share price and current share price directly without include others variables and factors which cannot be quantifying? If the company prospect could soar up to 500 % and now only soar up 100%. Thus, current share price should be consider very undervalue. Investing is not all about the quantifying numbers and technical analysis, its need some vision and faith on it.

Everything is on the right track, debt reduced, revenue segment most of it also increased. The prospect already mention and also highlighted those vital point. Plus, management decided release the result before AGM, its kind of confident move.

Calm down guys, low volume selling down to make us panic only. Be rational and wait AGM announcement. Any truth is better than indefinite doubt.

Apollo, could you please go study about Krono recent activity before you commenting like you know A TO Z about Krono? Oh yea, for your information , 2015 Aug- Sep was a harsh time for most of us due to 1MxB case. And AirAsia also drop til below 90 cents, plus Tenaga was dropped from RM 13 to RM 10 on that period as well. If you think rich person can control the market and you feels so pathetic of it , then please don't invest tho, just put your money into FD so you will not get any manipulation from the RICH person. :) peace

Last year I was giving Krono TP 0.51 , finally now hit it ! Congrats to those friend who bought at that time , currently should be 90% - 110 % ROI. please check back my comment history if you doubt on it. :)

Buying Gamuda basically is buying the future prospect plus economy of Malaysia. So, its takes time to build it, Rome doesn't build in one day. Let me highlight an idea here. Currently, Gamuda is the only capable company which can handle those big projects, especially those tunnel projects. (i.e. MRT projects) , i mean in term of the technology that they having + the good relationship with government. Based on these 2 competitive advantage, this makes Gamuda which more competitive than Gamuda competitors. Hence, this stock definitely takes time to move up. Obviously the market sentiment is not rational. Capital is outflow since yesterday by our local instituion , flowing out to west market + commodities (gold). Share markets is only one of the financial tool. So, for those big boy, they don't have patient to wait inside the country. When the stocks market is not performing well. Hello all , did someone notice these lines in the latest QTR?

Quater on review- HIGHER REJECT from production due to ongoing repairs and maintenance to the plant. ( Operation management occuring problems )


Prospect- The group forsee difficult OPERATING conditions and uncertain global economic environment. (This is a strong hints from the board which they self also sense they will not doing well in the near future)


If we refer back to this year all qtr report, from Q1-Q3 most of revenue generated from others market was dropped at least 10 % - 20 %

If we exclude gain on disposal RM 35,000,000 , then whats the real net profit which generating from the business for the current qtr ?

( These all facts are some little observation from the qtr reports by myself , and this comment not indicating any parties to sell or buy. Just a sharing purposes Thanks )

Business is not every qtr also makes profit. sometimes the revenue or profit maintain or dropped is very normal phenomenon. This company is so great thou. This counter is for long term investors, not for speculators.
