Genting’s Resorts World Las Vegas to open on
24 June 2021

Genting Group’s US$4.3 billion Las Vegas integrated resort, Resorts World Las Vegas, will open its doors on 24 June 2021.

The official opening date was unveiled overnight, with the property also confirming it was now taking guest bookings for RWLV’s 3,500 hotel rooms across three Hilton brands – Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World, Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World and Crockfords Las Vegas.

“After years of planning and constructing this monumental property with some of the most innovative partners in the industry, Resorts World Las Vegas will redefine the hospitality standard in Las Vegas with unmatched dining and entertainment, more variety of hotel accommodations than anywhere else on the Strip, and the city’s most progressive technology,” said Scott Sibella, President of Resorts World Las Vegas.

“We are filled with gratitude and excitement as we approach our opening this June and hope to play a role in Las Vegas’s rebound after what has been an incredibly challenging year for the destination and greater hospitality industry.”

RWLV will offer more than 40 F&B outlets, a 5,000-capacity concert and entertainment venue, 70,000 square feet of dedicated retail space, 250,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, a 5.5-acre pool complex and 117,000 square feet of casino floor.

It will also connect with the Las Vegas Convention Center campus via SpaceX founder Eltem.

Economy is at bottom & is in recovery process now. Recovery pace is picking up slowly but surely.
A much greater momentum may occur by October. Of course, these dates are my own views.
If you look at numerous indicators, there are signs - numbers and data - you can verify this.
For numbers and data, you just need to read the business news on the net, newspapers, etc.
PBB is the most resilient bank because they are extremely prudent, careful and service-oriented.
My numerous experiences with many banks can be summarized as B A D !
My experiences with PBB can be summarized as Good.
Multiply few million customers with 40 transactions/yr, you get sum of customer experiences.
Satisfied Customers determine the profitability of a bank and the answer is PBB.
You can wish any price for a share $0.00, $0.01, $0.05, it is only a mirage.
Unless pandemic recurs and gets worse, then only $3.80 will be revisited.
Until then, sweet dreams.
Now, it is going side-ways, maybe 5 - 10 cts lower at max.

Before you condemn PBB to rotten eggs, there is another dividend coming in Aug/Sep.
Price may still retreat temporarily because of c19 resulting in econ'c woes, but will rebound later.
Buy when prices decline & drop, then hold, and sell when prices rebound and rise.
PBB is not a trading play or punting game. Must keep 6 mths - 1 yr min to see decent gains.

1st div is 13cts. 2nd div is ??? (maybe/guess 9cts or more - no guarantee)
Remember, if making money in stock mkt is as easy as a,b,c, then everyone plays, nobody works !

PBB is a long-term investment of a few years that will yield a decent return without worries.
If cannot wait, then PBB is not so suitable. Other stocks can limit up, but can limit down as fast.

The reason why so many supporters of other stocks come to PBB forum is to attract and recruit PBB shareholders to buy and support their stocks. Then, their share price may increase. Another possibility is they want to sell, so they need to drum-up demand to get a better price.

PBB is the 2nd largest mkt cap co. listed in Bursa Malaysia.
It is also the 2nd largest bank by mkt cap.
Naturally, many consider PBB shareholders as a potential source of new investors to help bolster their existing share prices.
