Why Netx is going to bankrupt soon :

1. RM 72.7 million is owe by subsidiary companies since 2012 to 2018 , all loss already , not a single sen is pay back .

2. RM 34 million cash is b/f from FY18 . Since FY18 to FY19 , issues SIS ESOS shares total amount = RM 30.7 million. Balance RM 3.3 million is the remaining allocation for PayAllz.

3. From Dec2018 to March2019 , there are 5 times of ESOS shares, why so desperately for cash fund raising if still have cash RM 34 million ?

4. Not eligible to get bank loans due to its business, and with each year record is at Loss .

Netx will be bankrupt soon .

Bursa Malaysia plunges to 10-year low at close

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia ended in the red on a 'Black Monday' due to persistent selling pressure, in line with bearish regional markets, with the benchmark index reaching its lowest level in a decade.

At the close, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia (FBM KLCI) erased 64.12 points or 4.76 per cent to 1,280.63.

Calvintaneng is a fraud plain and simple. His strategy is similar to many penny stock pushers, promote as many stocks as possible, choose those that went up and promote further, discards those that didn't do well and hide it as far in as possible.

He has promoted 40 stocks last year with glowing buy calls. Out of those 40 stocks, 14 stocks are green. He then uses those that went up to say he is brilliant and incredible. He collects WhatsApp members and tries to buy more penny stocks to push up and deletes opposing opinions in his NETX thread.

The intelligent investor uses a formulaic approach to determine whether stock
- prices have risen too high and he should sell, or
- prices have dropped significantly, and he should buy.

Or, in other words, if he should alter the allocation of stocks to bonds in his portfolio (as per the tactical asset allocation policy that Graham discusses in previous chapters).

The ideal approach is the rebalancing approach discussed in previous chapters (varying from 50-50 allocation to up to 75-25, and reviewing at set intervals throughout the year).

Now badly caught in the downturn.

Gruesome stocks all have gone down by 40% to 80%.

Many of those who bought into calvin's promotion have left.

Why is this company still surviving?

It was able to raise cash injections regularly through SIS and private placement. But be wary, not able to raise cash from others, always seem to be only from its employees and Fintec/Asiabio. Ask yourself whose money are these cash from? (Answer: OPM). The management has very little shares in the company.
