1. mid Oct'14 to mid Nov a classic "inverse saucer" with relatively higher initial vol on the uptrend, vol diminishing on the downtrend (credit: investopedia). After mid Nov could have called it a saucer in the making had the vol pattern MIRRORed the inverse saucer...but alas the vol seems flattish.
2. to my eyes, diamond too from mid Oct; triangle from mid Nov (i.e the RHS of the diamond).

only the KLCI 30 index was green and misrepresented the rest imho.
buy rate was 33pct with 308 counters up, 476 down, 305 unchanged.

after a quiet period, suddenly 16 trxns notched today, all at 7sen. wayang?

my non-chartist reading :

for chart C, at the higher FVE period, a clearly trending divergence developed from just over a month ago. none before as far back as previous year Aug, perplexingly enough for me.

in chart B, the higher FVE plus slightly lower sensitivity gives a more macro indication aided by the lower FVE plus higher zigzag sensitivity producing a sharper angle of attack from under 0.

do point out any of my misreads/interpretations :)

pre-opening buy Q at .285 weakened a fair bit btwn 0830h and 0900h. sell Q increased at .295/.300 but not .305.

this suggests attempts to average down from last week's .285/.290 buys, or short termers looking for quick gain during results week.

that's quite a number of qualified uses there by Markos. the standout was ....for some reason penny stocks do not always respond to indicator divergences.

nomanland, so volume normalization does have an "up" effect accdg to yr test#2A. the actual data behaved somewhat unnaturally bcos the volume declined as (closing) prices went lower. classical behaviour with unrestrained money flow would have expected higher volumes as price cheapened.
