If we assume there is additional 500 user per month, then 1 years later there will be additional 6,000 user, and total user will become 12,000.

If we assume each user only incurred RM100 per month, 12,000 user mean RM1,200,000 per month, or RM14,400,000 per year.

If we assume the operation cost for this business is 40%, then there will be additional RM8,640,000 net profit per year.

SSTEEL的股息好有诚意，昨天才宣布，下个月16号就除权，6月1号就进口袋了。
不像其他的公司，4月宣布，6月除权，7月才拿到股息。

说的对。其实要涨很容易， 只要董事提出建议派发股息1.5sen，那股价就站稳在30sen了。

Let me share some facts & figure here, then you guys decide whether it is a good investment or not:-

1) The PNB offer is not only RM380mil as many newspaper announce.
The actual purchase is RM380mil + RM20mil. If you refer to the Circular to Shareholder dated 6 March 2017, paragraph 2.3.2, it mentioned that PND will pay an additional RM20mil to SILK Holding within 6 month from the date of completion.


2) Yesterday the auditor has raise their opinion on going concern of the company. But this worries can be immediately mitigate once SILK received the RM380mil + RM20mil. So no more going concern issue to be worried.

3) The estimated gain from this sale proposal is RM365mil, which turn out to be EPS of 54sen.

4) The NTA will be increase from 16sen to 70sen.


Beside that, please note that Jasa Merin is one of the biggest OSV Support provider in Malaysia, and it has the youngest fleet compare to other.

For institutution investor, dividend is always the key factor for them to decide whether to invest on the stock or not. They don't mind the stock price cannot go up, but they are more concern whether the stock got dividend or not. Because dividend payment can be utilised to cover their operation cost.

2) Miti Safeguard - As all the industry player aware, many buyer has reduced their stock order significantly on Mar'17, betting on MITI to remove the safeguard. Unfortunately, MITI has extended the safeguard for another 3 years. Once the news come out, many buyer immediately place their order in double quantity to fill up their stock. This huge order will be reflected in next quarter, so very high chances next quarter SSTEEL can achieve RM900mil sales.

Look at SSTEEL result, I think ANNJOO shareholder can relax goyang goyang waiting for money fall from sky d.
Guarantee minimum 9 sen EPS.

gwansoo, I mean since ANNJOO is a big player, if suddenly ANNJOO stop purchase scrap steel, then sure market got a lot of free capacity, especially for Northern Market, because Northern only got SSTEEL & ANNJOO.

CSCSTEEL is a very good counter, it has RM270mil cash in hand.
With this amount of cash, it can buyout the entire MYCRON STEEL, and monopoly malaysia flat steel industry.

Ya, donno what they think.
At one thought you want to be retire earlier & financial freedom, at another thought you plan to buy a bigger house for own stay, and increase your debt again.

So when can you retire?

my humble opinion:-

Previously when Iron Ore are at very high price, both ANNJOO and SSTEEL are fighting for purchase of scrap steel (from both local & oversea), and these caused the scrap steel price increase sharply.

Now, Iron Ore price has came down, and ANNJOO start to use Iron Ore as their raw material, instead of scrap steel. In other word, the demand for scrap steel suddenly drop (as ANNJOO is big player), so scrap steel price should be soften, and SSTEEL should be easier to get more scrap steel (no longer need to fight with ANNJOO).

If you look at SSTEEL balance sheet for the last 2 quarter, you will realised that its trade payable has reduce substantially, while short term borrowing has increase substantial. It mean company has raise debts to settle its trade payable.

Why would company do that? In common sense, trade payable is interest free, while borrowing has to pay interest, so no company will raise debt to pay trade payable.

Now I know the reason, it could probably due to:-1

1) Due to the competitive environment (fight for scrap steel), SSTEEL has promise shorter payment term with its supplier.

2) At that time SSTEEL foresee US will raise interest rate and ringgit will be weakening, so SSTEEL quickly settle all its trade payable which is in USD.

Why will give cash, cash is king..
MUI got 2,932mil share...
Why don't announce a share split, make it 6,864mil share.
Then allocate 1,000mil share to syndicate, plus 30mil cash for them to goreng, goreng the share kaw kaw, goreng it till RM1 per share.
Then give the old lady 355mil worth of RM1 share ( which is approximately 5% of MUI only).
After give, then let the share price plunge, from RM1 drop to 10sen, then the old lady left RM35mil worth of share, plus 1000++ jimmy choo shoes

Let said one month got 20 trading day, so each day you only need to make RM200.

How easy to make RM200, for example, 9:30am you buy 50,000 lot of A share at 22.5sen, then at 10:00am it move up to 23sen, then you sell it.

Your gain is 50,000 x 0.5sen, so you earn RM250. Then deduct brokerage fee RM50, you net gain is RM200.

BUT.... what happen if you loss? If your share drop from 22.5sen to 21.5sen, then you will loss RM500.

To win back this RM500, tomorrow you double your investment size, you buy 100,000 unit @ 21.5sen on the next day, then very unfortunately market crash that day, your share drop to 16.5sen, then you loss RM5k again.

So the moral here is, it is very difficult to win everyday or every month continuously.

Typo error

First of all, you need to understand what is "closed period".

"Closed period" means a period commencing 30 calendar days before the targeted date of announcement to the Exchange of a listed corporation's quarterly results, up to the date of the announcement of the quarterly result.

Under bursa's regulation, when a director intend to buy/sell the share during the "closed period", he must make announcement to Bursa first, before the he can buy/sell the share.


So, today Digistar announcement bring out two important point:-
1) Today is 19th April, so it mean Digistar will announce it quarter report within 30 days from now.
2) Datuk Lee plan to buy / sell share within this few days. If he sell, that mean is good sign.
If he buy, then very good sign.
