Goinvest88, my guess could be wrong, I see share price so stable over the past 2 days and with the recently launching of EFTZ, I don't foresee any bad news coming up for Dnex, so I guess good news more likely.

Over the last few days, Directors, Principal Officers and staff of Dnex have exercise their ESOS options. No need to worry, as over the last 2 trading days, Dnex share prices didn't drop (up slightly). I guess this could be a good sign. Maybe the directors and staff who have insider news know something good is brewing and good news coming out soon, so they quickly acquire their allocated ESOS shares. Cheers.

Maybe some big sharks are trying to frustrate weak holders so that they will dispose off their shares cheap for them to collect. Just be patient and optimistic. Dnex is a counter with good management, good fundamental and growth potential, as well as good relationship with Government Agencies (being a former GLC). Even if no breakout, it is still a positive development, as at least buying interests in both Dnex & son today have increased markedly compare with buying interests of past 1-2 weeks. Those everyday spreading negative news on Dnex behave like rare species. Very soon when Dnex price shoots up, they will become extinct and disappear from this forum. For Dnex genuine investors, no need to argue with them, wasting time.

This is due to bump and dump activities as described by Bursa. Bursa has issue a warning this week to stockbroking companies not to facilitate and promote bump and dump activities. I belief very soon most investors will switch back to buying stock with good fundamental and growth potential like Dnex. So just be patience.

Haha.. 6 to 9 months from now, Dnex price maybe 0.60-0.80 by then. If you have no faith in the management and no confidence in Dnex, don't buy lol... ForwardInvestor, maybe only MD or Management can only answer your questions. MD expects the concession contract for NSW to expire on 24 Sep 2018, to be replaced by U-Customs System. As mentioned by MD, after expiry of NSW concession, Dnex still able to retains 70% of its revenue from NSW Business.

DNeX will still be able to retain up to 70% of its revenue from the NSW business after the uCustoms system comes online (concession expires) , as the group will be one of the only two service providers to the customs department, the other being Edaran Trade Network Sdn Bhd.

Grow1, You are right, Sin Chew Business today put up a technical analysis on Dnex. Their analyst confirms the chart form a pennant pattern.. a breakout is likely with price moving uptrend.
RL1 : 0.42 , RL2 : 0.45
SL1 : 0.38 , SL2 : 0.375

So next week price likely to move uptrend.

mando, give you a big like. With the good growth potential and good management of Dnex, in 2017-2018 Dnex could be fundamental better and stronger than IFCA in 2014-1015. You are right, Dnex and WD can rally the same, why not?

Grow1,cruz, the trading pattern doesn't look like a pennant or symmetrical triangle pattern as the support level line over the past 4-5 weeks is almost flat, not an ascending line. The pattern looks more like a descending triangle pattern. I hope I am wrong. If it is a descending triangle pattern, then it is a bad sign as after breakout, most likely trading will trends downward. Appreciate further comment from you, jpl1234 or samsaidi.

Looking at the trading pattern over the past 4-5 weeks of Dnex and comparing with sample triangular patterns, it looks more like a symmetrical triangle or a descending triangle pattern, rather than an ascending triangle pattern to me. Can someone correct me if I am wrong as I am new to chart analysis of triangular patterns.

HuatRex, Based on what you said Dnex is fairly valued at current price? How sure are you Dnex will not move in short term? Can't you see over the past few days, some lousy & over-priced counter also moving up.

The MD is holding many warrants, at least 20-30% I guess, as Censof also sold all the right issued shares they have subscribed plus foc warrants given to Arcadia Acres Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company which is 78% owned by DNeX group MD, Zainal Abidin Jalil. So far MD has not disposed off any warrants, except his wife who had disposed off all her 763,000 warrants at 0.095 on 22 Feb.

Some big share holders disposing off warrants again, hopefully come from the same Director. I don't think are from big sharks as sharks usually push up to dispose not selling down. So no need to worry.

I have checked past trading data, last 3 Fridays, 3rd, 10th & 17th Mar all closed red. If today is different, then a good sign. Cheers.

Agree, director only sold warrants probably to get cash to pay back loan for right issues. Not only director selling, I think these 2 days, other major share holders also selling warrants after seeing a Director selling. I don't think any Director or major share holders selling mother shares, as they know mother share is currently under-priced and has good growth potential.

radzi, I don't think there is any hidden agenda or bad news. It is just because WD had gone up so much, about 200% from 0.07 to 0.21. Some of the directors or major share holders find the price is attractive for them to sell as they get WD foc from right issues they have subscribed. So may have to be patience and wait for more WD to change hands before big sharks can push up WD price. Tradings these 2 days look like big shark trying to push up son share price but unfortunately too much selling pressure for son from major share holders, so they hold back the push I guess.

Some big sellers keep disposing off son share at 0.215, 100 lots by 100 lots. Could be the same Directors disposing. Hope most of the shares today are disposed by him, then very soon all his son shares will be cleared by this wek..

Agree, Dnex is a very safe counter, slow but going up steadily. Very unlikely to limit up because too many shares, over 1.7 billion shares and too many daily traders and contra players buying this counter. Very soon you won't be able to buy at 0.40. Just be patience.
