Haha... Dnex share price just went up about 15-20% recently, some lovely members start daydreaming of making 7-digit profits from Dnex to become millionaire. I only dare to dream of making 6-digit gain from Dnex and that also after some members dream of 7-digit gain. Sometime It is good to be humble like the MD. The MD's humble target of aiming Dnex to become RM 1 bil market capital counter by 2020 (in about 3 years) is achieved in 2 weeks. Cheers.

After the MD has become the biggest shareholder holding 20.xx % shares, I have more confidence with its growth potential. At least now the MD's position in the company is very secure and he will work very hard to achieve his goal. The MD is very ambitious, far sighted with long term goal to expand the company to develop it into a big international company. The MD has acquired about 30 years of working/management experience in O&G & energy business while working at Malaokoff & Exxon Mobil. In fact some of the other Directors also have good experience in O&G business and the Chairman has good link with Government departments/agencies. The Deputy Chairman also the big boss of Censof with good experience in IT business. So under the present strong team of management, I feel more secure investing in Dnex now. Cheers.

Some of our member are more ambitious, setting sky high TP. I prefer to set lower TP, it is more realistic. My first TP at 0.60 has achieved, my next TP is now set at 0.80. When 0.80 is achieved, then I'll raise it to 1.00. Someone has shared his experience in Jhm yesterday, he bought at around 0.40 and happily sold at around 0.80, now Jhm is 4.34, gone up about 10X from the price he bought. You must know Jhm is a small company with only 123.7 mil shares unlike Dnex, a big company with 1.745 mil shares plus WD with 711.4 mil shares. It is much easier to push up a small company like Jhm. For a big company like Dnex to go up 10X from 20+ cents to RM 2.00+ is unlikely. To achieve TP of 1.00 is very likely. To me TP of RM 4.00 is daydreaming. Cheers.

GoodBoy... your point is relevant. New warrants if Dnex issues to mom may not be free. Recently SEM (7/11) has proposed warrant with an issue price 0.10. Dnex may need funds to acquire other businesses. I remember clearly MD has mentioned recently, this year DNEX is in expansion phase, expanding via acquisition and merging. So company may issue rights or new warrant E to source required funding for big acquisition. This could be the reason why son not performing well this week. Cheers.

GoodBoy you have brought up a good and interesting point. It is possible even though not likely Dnex may propose a new warrant WE to Dnex shareholder. If this happen, then it will be good for mom and also good for the company but not good for son as only mom will entitle for WE. Today is the 3rd consecutive day son's trading vol lower than mom's trading vol. When son's vol exceeds mom's vol again, then probably son is making a U-turn and come back.

I don't want to wast my time checking on Myeg, I have experience in a few counters like TA, Mitra & Vivo. Yes, some investors who are not familiar with the rule and common practice may worry. I have no worry about company giving bonus if I hold son. You will always be compensated in one way or another if you hold son and company giving bonus.

KingDavid, why no quarantee? All companies in the past are doing this. If they don't issue extra son, then they still have to adjust the conversion price to a fair value for son. I bought shares like Mitra, Vivo before, when they give bonus , they all issue extra son and adjust conversion price.

Company issues bonus shares to mom will not affect son, as son holder will also be given extra son and conversion price of son will be adjusted as well. Only company giving dividend or special dividend will affect son slightly.

After they have sold their shares and taken profit, they like to talk bad about the share and spread negative news, hoping more members panic sells so that they can collect back cheap. These members are very selfish as they only care about themself. Long term investors tend to be more sincere in sharing thier views and good news, and they like to see all members making money. Friends, don't expect too much from the Management in the AGM. You will be disappointed. Company normally won't announce any good news like giving bonus or special dividend in the AGM. If there is any shareholder request in the Meeting , MD may say the company will consider. They may brief shareholders on company's future plan or given hints on coming QR if asked by shareholder. To me, what is more important is the company can deliver good QR1 to be release by end of May. Cheers.
