@Thinkfirst, FYI, the MD doesn't own any WD. Even his wife used to hold some WD had also disposed off all at 0.095 in Feb as reported to Bursa. The list of top 30 WD holders is given in the Annual report. The only director in the top 30 WD holders list is Azman Karim. So MD doesn't make big money from WD to buy Dnex shares like what you have said. I don't think MD is a person who manipulate on share price to make money like Vivocom Directors. If you have lose confidence in Dnex and prefer to abandon Dnex totally or want to wait for Dnex to come down very low,then only re-enter is your choice, but I hope you don't spread negative news and talk bad about Dnex. For a person who promote Dnex so much before dispose off his shares and now talk bad about Dnex is not good.

Listening to his interview with BFM in Dec 2015 and recent interview with the Edge Business, you know the MD is a very humble person, that's why he set his target so low. How low can Dnex price goes down, 0.43? Remember the MD has just acquired 130 mil Dnex shares recently at 0.43, you think the MD is so stupid, if Dnex share doesn't worth 0.43 he want to acquire the shares. Have you listened to the Seminar by Mr. Ooi Kak Hwa on 2017 Bursa Market Outlook, he predicted Bursa Market is going to be extremely bullish and the CI index will touch 2100 by end of the year. The most pessimistic Analyst, Tan Teong Boon who predicted our market would drop to 900 points last year also has become so optimistic and predicted market this year will be extremely bullish and CI can touch 2400. Buying interests for Dnex & son increasing, there may be a afternoon show.

Son so strong,going to close at new high again today. Mom likely to go above 0.50 this week. Those who still waiting for war at NK to start will have to buy mom at above 0.50 and son at above 0.45 next week.

Even if war at NK started, Dnex also won't drop to 0.22. Son also not likely to drop back to 0.22. He must be dreaming to expect Dnex to drop to 0.22.

Looking at the past trading data of the last 2-3 months, Dnex closing prices have never been in red (down) for 3 consecutive days. So if no bad news on North Korea conflict during the weekend and market sentiment improve, Dnex likely to rebound on Monday. Any dip for Dnex on Monday morning is a good chance to accumulate. The buyer of 11,861,000 Dnex shares sold by Censof via Direct Business Transaction will only be announced if the shares are sold to a substantial share holder or a BOD member. otherwise, we still won't know who the buyer is.

@thinkfirst you have made a good move. If no nuclear weapon test by North Korean this weekend, you can start buying back some Dnex shares early next week, this round but don't forget to buy some sons as well, buying son is always more rewarding for good uptrend share like Dnex. Don't wait too long for US warship to arrive at Korean waters, otherwise you may miss the boat. If you are still worry, just buy some by batches, if share price comes down, just average down and if share price goes up, you can average up. I didn't expect mom to go down so much today, it looks like some sharks are pressing down mom share price to collect, son surprising still has good support today. Just my advice. Decision is yours. If Censof shares sold to MD, then there will be an announcement from the MD to Bursa as he is a Director and substantial shareholder. Likely to be sold to the MD becausetransaction also done at 0.43. Censof when disposing off right issue shares last time also sold to ARCADIA ACRES SDN BHD, 78% owned by the MD.

Another interesting development, Censof has disposed off 11,861,000 shares of Dnex via Direct Market Transaction. Anyone know the difference between Direct market Transaction and Off Market Transaction. Not sure who is the buyer. Since number of shares sold is only about 0.6%, there will be no announcement on the buyer.

Very obvious some big sharks are pressing down closing price of mom to to collect at 0.46. At price fixing time (5.45pm) they put up 5000 shares to sell at 0.46 to press down closing price to close at 0.46. Then last 10 min they sapu all sellers at 0.46. Next week if mom goes down further below 0.45, it is a good price to collect. Hopefully this weekend, no nuclear weapon test by North Korea and no bombing by US over North Korea. The MD Zainal bought the 130 mil Dnex shares from Azman to increase his stake to about 20%. I guess he just want to have a controlling stake in Dnex so that he can be re-appointed as MD and has a bigger say in any decision making by the BOD. I don't think he has any aim to increase his stake to 33% and make a MGO, at least not in the near future. Moreover he is not a big tycoon, so currently he doesn't have the financial resources to increase his stake further to 33% and make a MGO to buy over the whole company. But I do belief he is very ambitious and has big plan to expand and develop Dnex into a big international company.

faralenz77, please talk with fact. Dnex is no more a GLC. This is confirmed by the MD himself during his interview with BFM. So the MD is not a representative of the government and he is not appointed by the government.

My friend, No need to panic sell lah. Just monitor closely regional markets, Shanghai, Nikkei, Hang Seng or Kospi for any sharp drop before making any hasty decision to sell. Once you sold, I don't think you can collect back at lower price.

No point keep asking for TP. Everyone should set his/her own TP, or even a few TPs. If you are not greedy, set a lower TP and be happy selling at the TP. If you are more greedy and expect the share price can go higher, then set a higher TP and be patience, slowly..slowly wait for the TP. At first I guess next QR may not be good, so Dnex bring forward the next AGM to hold it before releasing QR. Now it looks like I am wrong. next QR likely to be good and something good must be brewing, otherwise the MD won't increase his stake in Dnex to become the No.1 shareholder. They bring forward the AGM more like due to requirement for re-election of some of the BOD members whose terms are expiring/ending. Being the biggest shareholder, his position as the group MD in the company is now very secure. The MD is a very ambitious and capable person with more than 30 years of working experience in the O&G industry (working for Malakoff and Exxonmobil before joining Dnex). I remember he told interviewer of BFM the main reason why he choose to leave big international companies like Malakoff and Exxonmobil to join a small company like Dnex is that a smaller company like Dnex has a better potential to grow into a big international company. So he has the ambition and plan to make Dnex grows into a big international company. Azman Karim, the executive director who sold the 130 mil shares to Zainal Abidin also has more than 26 years of professional experience in the oil & gas industry. The Chairman, Tan Sri Abd Rahman Mamat has a good connection/network with Government Agencies/Departments especially MITI (worked for 35 years in MITI and had served as KSU of MITI for about 5 years before his retirement). Thvestar2862, the rational of buying warrant is to maximize profit (returns) with the amount of money you invested. I disagree with what you have said, 'buying warrant the risk is much higher than the benefits'. You reasoning of high premium for warrant implies higher risk than benefit doesn't apply for a good stock with good fundamental and growth potential and is moving uptrend. Moreover the maturity date for Dnex-WD is on 30 July 2021, so why you worry about high conversion price and high premium as you are not going to buy WD and convert to mother share. What you want is to make more profit. Just take the example of Dnex, on Day 1 (in Feb), just before Dnex & son share prices started moving up, mom's price was around 0.28 and son's price was around 7 sen. Mom's price was 4X son's price. At that time some members also keep warning buying warrant is very risky because of high conversion price, high premium (about 80%) and you may lose you pants if you invest in WD. Look at the prices now, mom at 0.48 and son at 0.315, mom's price is only 1.5X son's price. Son has gone up more than 400% and mom only has gone up about 70%. So if you invested the same amount of money on mom and on son on day 1 and you sell all your shares now, you are making profit of about 4X more from son than from mom. Do you see the rational of buying WD now? I do agree buying son is getting more risky now compare to buying mom at current prices as son has gone up a lot more and you can't expect to get a lot more (4X) profits from buying son than from buying mom. But I do belief you can still get more profit/return investing in son than investing in mom if share prices for Dnex & son still continue moving uptrend. So it is confirmed the Executive Director, Azman bin Karim sold the 130 mil shares off market to Arcadia Acres Sdn Bhd which is 78% owned by the MD, Zainal Abidib Jalil. Censof didn't dispose off 130 mil shares off market. Azman Bin Karim after selling 130 mil still holds 62.4 mil (3-4%) of Dnex and he also holds 90 mil of WD.

kts88, agree with you. Listing of 1.7 mil ESOS shares won't affect the share price tomorrow as they can easily be absorbed. Today's total trading vol for Dnex is more than 66.2 mil and some days even exceeded 100 mil. Last ESOS exercise issued 6.2 mil shares listed on 28 Mar also have no impact on share price. Cheers.

Son has cleared the strong resistance at 0.30. Mom also has cleared the resistance at 0.47 convincingly. A very good sign.

Hope son can break 0.30 this morning, then it will be smooth sailing to the moon as predicted by Prof Trump, haha....

thinkfirst, may be you are right. Azman bin Karim is an Executive Director of Dnex. He is also currently the Managing Director of OGPC Sdn. Bhd, a subsidiary of Dnex. He has so much interests in Dnex, he may not be willing to dispose off his major stake in Dnex. Anyway, the announcement may not be released today, just be patience and wait.

Dnex currently only has 4 substantial shareholders:
1 CENSOF HOLDINGS BERHAD holds 304,112,731 (17.5293%)
2 ARCADIA ACRES SDN BHD holds 230,000,000 (13.2574%) - Arcadia
is 78% owned by the MD, Zainal Abidin Jalil.
3 AZMAN BIN KARIM holds 192,406,315 (11.0904%)
4 KHOO KOK SENG holds 105,739,003 (6.0949%)

The big investor who bought 130mil (about 7.5%) has now become a substantial shareholder of Dnex. Any changes in the interests of a substantial shareholder need to be reported to Bursa. Just wait for the news.
