Whether a person is considered arrogant or hypocritical depends on
our own perspective of looking at other person's behaviour which sometimes could be mistaken unknowingly.

Take the analyst for an example. At times ,a kind-hearted and caring person might be mistaken by others as hypocritical just because the analyst fixed a higher target price on a particular stock but later due to unexpected or unforeseen circumstances the stock price gone down due to wrong timing or economic downturn.

Out of hatred or disappointment a person bought the share at that high price would consider the analyst as hypocritical.

In that case, it would not be a true and fair view.

Thanks also to Calvintaneng for showing the insight of the lands of TSH where some of its plantations are situated in Kalimantan nearby Nusantara. As such, the land value would appreciate iover times .

The news from New Straight Times sheds lights on the initial stage of project underway.

This news would boost the morale of TSH in particular and its investors at large.

These mega projects would cost multi billion USD dollars set to be completed in 2045. The initial phase is set to be completed in 2024 .

Of course, Rome wasn't built in a day. There would be challenges along the way. Let's hope that the whole project completed on schedule or earlier.

Perhaps this explains as to why Tan Aik Pen keeps accumulating TSH daily as he has the first hand knowledge on how valuable would be the land values.

Would you try to understand that there are two types or even three types of traders but some are genuine investors.

For those who are contra traders, short term traders or short sellers, once they had sold their shares, they would be very happy to see the share prices go all the way down.

But for those genuine investors holding the share might be panic if someone spread rumours or instil fears, they might sell at a loss as a result.

Please bear in mind that the share will rebound sooner or later.

I still remember when I mentioned the words not to be shaken the prices of TSH at the time were around RM1. 27 or slightly more than that.

Sorry ! ! ! If that's the case my information is a bit outdated. The information was about two years ago from the Edge quoting Lee one of the IOI directors saying that IOI had no intention to take over plantation company with estates in Indonesia.

Anyway, it would also be ideal provided that IOI would offer much better price to take over TSH.

It would be even better if there other competitors around to offer higher prices other than IOI.

I am very happy to own some TSH shares with the honourable Tan Aik Pen at the helm.

Price fluctuations there may be but I am looking forward to its brighter futures ! ! !
