In an interview with the Edge by Lee, the director of IOI about 2 years ago, IOI did have the intention to acquire plantation assets but must be a totally Malaysian based company.

So that is why very unlikely IOI will acquire TSH which has most of its plantations in Indonesia.

I will not be shaken by any rumors or whatsoever regarding TSH which belongs to Tan Soon Hong 's family.

TSH also holds 21% of Innopries which is also managed by Tan's family members.

Now, what could be TSH next game plans :

(1) Whether Tan Aik Pen will privatise TSH at a much higher price, as he keeps buying TSH daily to increase its stakes to almost 20 % ?
He might continue to accumulate the shares thereafter ;

(2) Would TSH want to form a conglomerate by merging with Innopries ?

If Tan Aik Pen had chosen one of the options, it would be a new chapter and better prospects for TSH and its shareholders too.

What you mentioned thatTan Aik Pen bought from one bank account and sold in the other is totally untrue.

He actually keeps accumulating and his holding almost touches 20%. You may check it yourself. That is a clear evidence of what you said is fake.

Please don't spread rumours just because you want to short.

In the current bad market, whatever good stocks also will drop.

The share market will recover, and so the prices of shares.

Just a matter of time.

Oh, no. I'm not the best. I'm just a normal person. I'm still learning. I wish to learn from you too.

I have been in the stock market for quite some times.

I have never seen any plantation stock gone bust or delisted.

TSH is fundamentally solid and strong, some more with its directors' support.

We may not know how far lower it can go but there will bargain hunting along the way. So should not be panicked or shaken in fear.

For those who have power may hold ; for those who have extra funds may add.

But my advice is that don't ever use margin financing to buy shares as one could suffer heavy financial losses due to forced selling.

Just my opinion.

What I hope is that Bursa suddenly pop up the announcement: Short selling for all stocks temporarily suspended with effect from.......

Yes ! USD 0.80 or higher.

When the price is low, people expect it to go lower. When the price goes higher, people start chasing but sometimes it is too late. That is always the case.

TSH is for investment, not for speculation. What I feel is that if we buy around the current price level, it should be safe and sound.

In other words, we can sleep soundly as there is no greed, involved.There is no risk involved too, unless due to unforseen circumstances.

Just my opinion.

Unbelievable but it's true.
Tan Aik Pen loaded up on another 0.5 million TSH shares again on 03-06-2022.

Just wondering whether he has some other amazing plan for TSH yet to announce .

One more competitive advantage of TSH over some other palm oil plantation counters is that most of its estates are in Indonesia. As such, TSH is not much affected by the labour crunch which some other companies are facing now.

The news of Sabah friendly relationship with China is not only significant to both countries but also significant to TSH as well.

TSH has some landed properties in Sabah as follows:

What we hope is that with the bilateral trade, there will be huge potential for investment opportunities in other areas of development .

Wow ! ! ! Yesterday (02-06-2022) Tan Aik Pen, boss of TSH, bought another 0.5 millions TSH shares again

His purchase truly bears witness to his steadfast confidence in TSH .

I believe sooner or later the investors will see the value of TSH especially at the price of this low level. Even the boss of TSH also kept buying recently . Just my opinion.

棕油期货价格可能在RM5,500 至RM6,500之间上下波动.主要原因是俄乌战争还在持继.

许多国家都无法在短时间内生産足够食用油,特别是乌克兰减産,俄罗斯则无法出口到西方国家.

印尼恢复出口或许会造成价格短暂下跌.但随着其他各种食用油供不应求,棕油价格又会回升.升得太高影响購买力,所以又会下跌.起落幅度应该不会太大,只要没有其他重大事故发生.

I must say that I wish thank Calvintaneng for his kindness and his sharing while TSH price was still low at that time.

But many people I think were not bother to pay attention to his remarks. At that time many investors still thought Tech stocks would climb to greater heights.

Later when the TSH price began to rise, people started chasing.

When the down trend came due to fund managers' profit taking or short selling, those people bought TSH at high price kept blaming him . That is the reason why many people misunderstood him.

He tried to stabilise the price but he couldn't .So I would say it is very unfair to blame him in such a situation which was totally not under his control.

The quarterly results will be out around the corner. So, please be patient and please don't be speculative.

Don't be panic. Don't be shaken.

At this price level, how far lower can it go ? Profit taking is normal especially for contra traders with no power to hold . But TSH is a solid company with strong fundamentals.

One more plus point is that it had just been added to the MSCI. Don't forget that.

My advice is not to play with margin financing which may cause heavy losses due to forced selling no matter how good the share is.

What I hope is that the foreign funds may come in sooner or later as the funds had already noticed the value of TSH which why it had been added to the MSCI. MSCI is not doing it for fun.! ! !
This is not a buy or sell call.

TSH's inclusion in the MSCI will definitely be a boost to the morales of TSH'S Board of directors, management and staff, shareholders and investors especially only "2 "counters have been selected out of so many plantation counters.

TSH General meeting will be held on 26-05-2022, another 9 more days to go. Hope further good news to be announced from the Board of directors through the press conference if any .

It is an honor for TSH to be added in the MSCI, one of the world reputable and largest fund managers.

Cool down. Don't get so angry lah. When the market up, everyone is so happy. When the market down many start grumbling. That is not the way lah. What StartOfTheBull said is reasonable lah. If possible ,keep some funds to wait for opportunities in case the price drops until there is a real bargain to collect.

To privatize, the investors may end up loss-making if the offer price is lower or much lower than the market price Sometimes, it can be quite unfair to the investors if the company opts for privatisation.
