Are there any other better alternatives for Ancomlb such as merger or absorption rather than to be stuck in the RTO for too long?

So I would suggest that the subsequent RTO Heads of agreement will be even better if shortern to 3 months instead of 6 so that more selection of RTO targets can be made if one of them failed again. Anyone will attend the coming general meeting ? Please make suggestion (s) to the Board. The only advantage for Ancomlb derived from the previous RTO was the RM10 Millions deposit received from S5 for 21 months, but it is refundable if RTO failed. So Ancomlb may earn some fixed deposit interest which may remain very little or may even enough to cover the RTO expense incurred. A very poor deal to Ancomlb as a public listed corporation.

Much to my surprise as I searched through an article entitled :"Reverse takeovers" from ACCA (Association of Certified and Corporate Accountants) under the paragraph with sub heading "speed'" that RTO can be completed as little as 30 days . That is mind blowing and unthinkable but is an article from the world renowned accounting association. The article continues to state that the IPO can often take one or two years. So again why S5 and Ancomlb wasted so much of time ? Is it terrible indeed ? Those interested to know more details may Google Search the copyrighted article entitled: REVERSE TAKE OVERS.

ANCOMLB should have learnt enough lesson from the previous RTO.
ANCOMLB by this time should shortern the Heads of Agreements to 6 months and no more extension after that if there is another RTO candidate.
Someone who attend the next general meeting should voice to the Board regarding this issue.

I think we need some patience. This is a newly listed stock. Bouts of profit taking is inevitable. It should be rising further after the weak holders are being flushed out. So don't be shaken by the price fluctuations. Just my opinion. Not a buy or sell call.

Gold futures price is uptrend with small changes at this moment.

Hope that the share price of PAPPAJACK rises further so that all the investors in this forum become 888 Huat Huat Huat together ！！！

Why suddenly so pessimistic? With Ancom Berhad's strong position at the helm, I think it will not allow Ancomlb to deteriorate further .
Ancom Bhd may have other plans in store , the outsiders would be unable to know yet .
The only thing I can't understand is that why it takes such a long time to reorganise. Just my opinion.

Pawnbrokers are entirely different. They possess a license to trade and charge much lower interest rate. They are much more ethical and considerate on the needs and repayment ability of the borrowers.

Whereas in the case of Ah Longs are the notorious and wicked gangsters.They charge the usury rate (exorbitant rare) without consideration of the borrowers who often are at the mercy of Ah Longs. Ah Longs use all kinds of measures to torment the borrowers in order to get back their loans which the borrowers can ill afford to repay due to the high accumulated compound interest on the loans borrowed. So don't be confused between the two.

Most of the metal future prices including gold are on the uptrend at the moment with small changes.

According to my eldest son, one of his good and bosom friends is a pawn broker. 8899EL8899， Pawn shop is much better than Hire Purchase. If Hire Purchasers defaulted, the finance companies will have to repossess the lorries, cars or motorcycles or whatever until no parking space to keep them. Sometimes they have to sell of those things at a loss. Sometimes may sell with a profit if lucky. In the case of pawn shop it is much simpler. You don't need a big space to store the gold chains, rings or even gold bars pawned as loans. If the borrowers could not redeem the items， the pawn shops just auction them off. Normally pawn shops will make profits because they lend out at a very low margin unless price of gold drops drastically and unexpectedly. Sorry I am not a pawn shop owner. I have no licence I don't know exactly how to do it especially the valuation of gold. Hope to learn from PAPPAJACK. Haha!

But it is unfair for us as a layman to answer your questions such as those you have pointed out as we are not in the position to do so.especially we don't know the internal functions of the business unless we were the auditors.
Since the company's Chief Executive is so confident, he should naturally have the reasons behind to support his statements as he has many years of experience. Furthermore, Gtronic has been making profits continuously almost every year.
In any kind of business, there are bound to be competitors. either more or less.
I don't think the Chief Executive's comments are only for his self gratifications, as he is responsible to the Board of directors, the shareholders, the investors and even the staff.

All my friends in this forum please don't be shaken by what I said in this forum. I am partly joking and partly serious just to have some fun not to be so boring. To be frank I am upset by the slow progress of the RTO . The initial RTO definitive agreement was supposed to conclude in 15 months but failed. After that, 3 months extension had been asked for but failed again . Yet another 3 months again had been asked for totaling to 21 months. Just wonder why it took so long? The heads of agreement were supposed to expire sometime middle of April, 2022 but nothing had been transpired during the last three months. Hope that no news is good news. Let's wait patiently for the report from Ancomlb in the coming weeks !!!

It will be quite lucky also if the RTO with S5 is terminated since S5 is such a slow and unsteady decision maker. It really wasted people's time for nothing.

As from the Annual report of 31-12-2021, I noted some encouraging good news. The company expected that as a result of the US China trade war, there will be outsourcing opportunities for the Malaysian companies. The newly built 25,000 square feet factory is to cater for one of these purposes. The new factory is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. Another words, there will be more revenue and better profit for GTRONIC barring any unforeseen circumstances.

I think better don't wait for another suitor or sweeter one. Otherwise don't how long does it take . May be end up bitter. Ancom Berhad itself is capable and strong enough to do the internal reorganisation.

Wah! Terrible really. Those remain invested in this counter already have been waiting for nearly 21 months or so but in vain and nothing doing Why S5 (S: slow like 5 snails) and Ancom waste their time and waste the investors'. I think Ancom should not be waiting any more. Why not Ancom does its own reorganisations?. That would be much faster and better!
