The management did the right thing to remove redundancy..by removing the excess fat will make the company more mean & lean..a healthy move..good for the company in the long term.

As such, I will take this opportunity to add to my holdings for those exporters counters that were being hit by the ringgit strengthened.

Furthermore our domestic economy will grow at a slower pace. Therefore, I expect the ringgit weakness will continue over the course of the year.

Investing decision should be based on long-term sustainability of the companies core underlying businesses rather than simply look at the quick movement of forex.

the high volume couple with the price going down shows some investors are selling after QR out. But still some investors are buying because of dividend & strong fundamental..

The company is in the glove manufacturing & distribution business not in the forex business. Some of the things to look at is the price of rubber as a commodity , demand for glove from importing countries, opening up of new markets, operation costs & how well the company is manage or run...

Looks like the ringgit will continue to strengthen as oil prices moving up..Russia is looking to work with OPEC to cut production by 5% in Feb..whether it materialize yet to be seen.
