When times are good, they are your best buddies.. when times are bad, they are your worst enemies. Like what is happening between SD and their bankers. Especially HSBC... the fastest hand chop in banking.

Whether Karim will dump shares is irrelevant.

Even he dumps/sells/lelong, he will not get back a single cent. More likely Bankers will sell his shares for him.

My take, its Bursa way to let the minorities escape.

Bankers dont simply liquidate companies. Its very bad for them. Big impact on their balance sheet. Liquidated companies never recover 100% of loan. Mostly get back 20-30%.

For banks to undertake liquidation:
1) They have conducted due process.
2) Checked with market and principals.
3) Looked at the company accounts.

If Bankers no confidence, means the company is lost for sure.
