SIR is a simple process to confirm audit issues. Nothing special nor complicated. It’s a Yes or No situation. Never a maybe.

To bury SIR, SD has resorted to suing Bursa to remove this requirement. This clearly shows KPMG and EY findings are similar, any audit firm will have same findings. It’s irrefutable.

For the insane camp that claims SIR is good is clearly desperate.

For the insane camp that claims AR is ready is clearly uneducated in business sense for listed company. Nexia will NEVER show findings different from KPMG or EY.

There is no AR if no SIR.

My new mantra:

1) EY will confirm KPMG findings
2) Dont be in the same room when shit hits the fan

I think Bursa will announce the SIR findings themselves, they have the mandate.

This is the fastest method to appease the minority investors, which Bursa has undertaken to protect.

Only this way SIR will see daylight.

No SIR = No AR

No auditor will sign off SD accounts without finalization of SIR. No one will offer 10-11 qualified opinions on an AR.

That’s why I say delisting process early December.

To Bursa who has a copy of the report and attended the meeting physically, the SIR is deemed Factual and must be released publicly. Who is in a better authority to decide this than Bursa.
