He sold SCIB and KPower warrants to fund his purchase, not because SCIB and KPower got no hope no future. At the end of the day, SCIB and KPower success will depend on Serba's performance. SCIB will eventually be allocated more and more of Serba's EPCC construction projects. For SCIB and KPower to grow, Serba must do well do.

Malaysia is probably one of the better countries to launch space rockets. Makes perfect sense. Malaysia should leverage this and invite all space rocket companies to come and set up spaceport here. For those that is clueless, Rockets can most easily reach satellite orbits if launched near the equator in an easterly direction, as this maximizes use of the Earth's rotational speed (465 m/s at the equator). Such launches also provide a desirable orientation for arriving at a geostationary orbit.

What happened to their stock price and orderbook and profit? Up or down? It depends on how they use the money. If use just to clear debt or interest or avoid bankruptcy, then it is bad, but if issue PP so that can fullfill more projects, then it is good.

That is what I think so too, the market will 'adjust' itself. If warrant is 1.77 and mother share is above that, it doesn't make any sense to buy mother share, better sell mother and buy warrant. Furthermore, I think a PP is in the card, karim style. So, probably share price already peaked at 1.77 or somewhere there.... unless going forward SCIB can make crazy profits, then mother will fly.

knowing karim, it will be very likely he will issue PP before 02-Feb, or after, depending on the situation. Thus, mother share price will likely go down, not guaranteed but likely to go down. Anything goes.

If that is the case, then the stock price will drop as many will convert and sell the mother share, then back to square one, right? This warrant to me, is like a ceiling.

I am not familiar with warrant. Need to ask a few questions

1. On 2-Feb we will receive our warrant. What about the price of the mother share, will it remains the same on 2-Feb?

2. If the warrant strike price is RM1.77, and if mother share price is above that, this means the warrant it useless?

p.s. I speak the truth. Frontken is still profitable, can going forward they will continue to make money, question is, how much growth? Current earnings is about RM80m/year, projected to be RM100m/year in 2022. In 2 years, an increase of 20m or 16% per year. You are better off investing in higher growth companies such as Tesla or AMD or Apple or Microsoft.

Frontken PE60 with that growth is crazy. PE30 with that kind of earnings and growth makes more sense.

You are comparing Frontken with Tesla and AMD? Seriously? Tesla and AMD are both create companies, creating breakthru products, futuristic products, ground breaking and innovative.

Frontken is just a 'high tech' cleaning company. Frontken is not the only cleaning company. Anyone with enough money can set up the same company. It is almost impossible to set up another AMD or Tesla.

You might as well compare McDonalds with Ramly Burger.

Most of our semiconductor companies are not worth PE60, they are just secondary or third in the semiconductor chain in the world, doing things for others, not leaders. Look at Greatec, flat revenue and profit for 6 quarters but stock price went crazy, absolutely not logic at all.

TSMC may be a semiconductor company but they are the only and most advance chip maker, no 2nd competitor. Again, what Frontken does that is so unique where their competitor is not able to do? If their competitor can clean 5nm node, then Frontken have to drop their price to compete. TSMC, who else can make 5nm chip? Who else on the road to make 3nm chip? nobody but them, not even intel or SMIC. Which company can make a good ev like Tesla? Tesla model s released in 2012 is still one the most advance EV in the world, think about it. AMD release a chip that is so advance that intel has no chip that can rival them in next year or 2. think about it.

Until I can't buy fireworks for cny, i will not touch bat. corruption is the problem. no amount of enforcement will stop because it is simply too lucrative. smugglers will always find a way, instead of smuggling it from indonesia or thailand or philipines, they can smuggle them in separate items and assemble them here, which makes detection harder.
