Crude oil is up today. Good for ringgit as well as lower imported raw material cost for steel production, denominated in US $.

If this stock is still a hot stock trading at above RM 1.50, I would agree with you that some investors could be using margin finance to punt on this stock.
But after such a steep drop to 28 sen now, both investors and punters are getting so bearish on this stock(with so many sell calls from our forumers here), who would be in the right mind to punt on this stock now?
Moreover, Dec month is traditionally a lousy month for KL penny stocks. My guess is January would be a better month.
Pls do not use your half-baked theory to reason with me. Of course for those who are still very scared, you could heed his advice to sell now. This is still a better price to sell than between 23 to 25 sen.
I have zero exposure in this counter. In fact, I could exploit on this situation by encouraging more people to sell here so that I can potentially buy or collect this counter at dirt cheap prices.
The decision is yours, by looking at your own investment objectives, investment horizon, counter outlook and prospects.
Not a buy and sell call always.

Do not try to act as if you can speak up for others. What makes you so sure that these people have not paid up for their shares?
I have never under-estimated what stockists are capable of. In my many years of trading experience, I have encountered cases where even a lost-making company can also be played and pushed high up, as long as there is speculative demand or where there is a catalyst. More recent examples are Amedia, APFT Bhd, etc. Not to mention this company is in a better shape than these companies.
Nothing can be so sure at Bursa, where stockists are concerned. They can either add fuel to fire or add salt to wound, depending on what game plan they employ.
Not a buy or sell call always as I am in no position to speculate on stockists activities.

I believe the forumers here have already heard all of your sell calls loud and clear.
Much as I would like to collect this counter cheap and low, I believe in fair treatment. I would not resort to asking people to sell or cut loss at too low a price. Investment is meant to be for a longer term and business can be cyclical.
What makes you so sure this counter cannnot turn around? By asking people to cut loss at too low a price, you could be doing more harm than good even if you really mean well. Eg, to cut loss at 23 to 25 sen earlier, you could deprive him/her a chance to sell between 25 to 31 sen just recently.
Pls spare a thought for these poor chaps who have lost so much in this counter. If you had asked them to cut loss at, say 40 sen or higher, then, the sell calls are more justifiable.
Just my humble views. Buy and sell at own risks.

Based on my own assessment, "genuine" selling has really trickled to a pathetic level. But there is just no buying demand to push it up too.
So, it is currently stuck in a trading range, before any new development.
Just my observation...

Do not be conned. If funds had really wanted to sell, they would have sold much earlier or sell all holdings within a few days after the result is released. And share price would plunge like the case of Amedia.
The vols currently are mainly stockists' own trades...
Haha mkt is not as simple as we see and think.

This counter is deeply oversold. Yesterday's close was a hammer. Let's see if there is a follow-through rebound today.

Amedia - drops 50% in 2 days, another creative work by stockists.
Compared to Amedia, the drop for this counter is more gradual and less frightening

Oil price increase is good for ringgit. Imported raw materials for steel production are denominated in US$. A stronger ringgit means lower US$ to pay.

This is yet another "creative" work of the stockists. They try to push down prices to create fear in a counter, in a bad and quiet mkt. Trading vol consists mainly of their own trades.
This also helps to "clear" weak holders and maybe,to pave way for the CNY mini rally next month.
Just sharing my views. Not a buy or sell call.

Facts of investment world:
The moment you start to play with stocks operated by stockists, you must be prepared to go to Holland, under adverse conditions.
Investment is a zero sum game. Some people make big money and some others will have to pay for it.
So, do not play play if you do not have a strong stomache for high risks.

Even if it really ends up as a CNY play, my advice is NEVER to keep it till the next quarterly report is out, unless you are very confident of the results.
CNY rally is usually sentiment-driven. It is usually used by the stockists to bid up prices to attract participation.
Always good to stay cautious...

Stockists really cannot tahan all of your sell calls until they have to move the price down 1 or 2 sen lower to test mkt reactions. Now, slightly better at 29.5 sen.
Haha..

Punters are already so scared by the various sell calls in this forum. Only technical traders are commando-trained to take the plunge. Mild sellling was somehow well absorbed today. 412,400 shares were still queuing to buy at 30.5 sen at closing today.

Facts of investment world: Greed and fear. They are always our greatest enemies.
Judging by the response so far, looks like stockists have successfully instilled fear in many of us. Before the next quarterly report is out(either good or bad), stockists can have a free hand on their game plan.

Wow, really above 30 sen now. What some of the forumers termed as a lousy counter turns out to be a "bright" star in this lacklustre market.
After the last round of aggressive and continual pushing down of prices by stockists, what remains now are stronger hands, those who had entered at much higher prices and are unwilling to cut loss at much lower prices.
Let's see what this (oversold) rebound will take us to. Not a buy and sell call, as usual.
2016-12-04 10:05 | Report Abuse
Share price usually overshoots on the downside. Stockists had cleared a lot of weak holders and panic sellers by continually pushing price down until selling dried up. A path of least resistance has been created, I will not be surprised that this rebound can have some more leg to go.
Let's see.

Technical traders buy shares based on bullish signals given. They usually close their positions at the end of the day. They set cut-loss points(risk management), so they usually gain on the trading momentum and do not lose much(cut loss, if necessary). I would say they are commando-trained.
Stockists will take the lead and day traders will follow. Let's see if the stockists will bring the price above 30 sen next week to invite more participation.
Again, not meant to be a buy or sell call. Purely for illustration purpose.

Business Prospects(extracted from last quarterly report):
Despite of current economic condition, we are still optimistic achieving better quarterly result moving forward. Our business in China and Indonesia is expected to grow and contribute positively to the Group. We also expect improved contribution from our other software solution namely the Construction and HR software in addition to our Property software solution.
Group software maintenance had grown from RM13.5 million in Q3Y2015 to RM 20.2 million in Q3Y2016, an increase of 49%. We anticipate continued growth of this revenue.
Our e-Commerce initiative, Property365 has gained good traction to-date. We have garnered property inventory of over RM3 billion, and have partnered with thousands of agents nationwide. We believe Property365 will contribute positively in the near future.
As at 30 September 2016, the Group has unbilled orders in hand amounting to RM23.7 million.

Nobody knows exactly when would be the best entry point. To overcome price volatility, one good strategy would be to "nibble" in small quantity first, with most capital reserved for subsequent top-up in tranches(say, every 20% fall in price), should price fall further. Do not chase if price has run up.
Business is cyclical. Share price usually overshoots on the downside. As an industry leader in business software solutions, this counter should benefit the most especially when the property sector turns around.
Just my views only.

Human behaviour is strange. At RM 1.50, some were chasing like no tomorrow. At 29 sen now, most are scared. It is deeply oversold. It is perhaps a good time to relook at this counter with a longer term view.

At the depth of the price meltdown in penny stocks yesterday, it did not drop below 5 sen. At this price of 5 sen per share, I think the operator is still collecting for his next push when mkt sentiment improves next year...

By the same argument, it is probably too late to sell your shares at this miserable price now. Wait for a better time to do it. Based on past traditions, there would be a CNY rally in January. See if it happens next January.
Just my opinion. Hope it helps.

This counter has dropped lower and tested 5 sen amid a broadly weak mkt, plagued by both internal and external factors. At 5 sen per share, I would say downside is rather limited, so long as it remains a going concern(solvent) and loss within tolerable limits.
For those who take a longer term view(into 2017 or beyond), this is perhaps a good time to accumulate this counter slowly for a rotational play next year when mkt sentiment improves.

Brainless, I have already proven Blameuse wrong by pointing out from chart that if 29 sen is not broken below, no need to "dream" about 23 sen. And this is still true as of now.
How much do u know by technical analysis? Do not make TA sifus laugh by saying that it is the same as punting in Genting. Genting bets are all random and independent events. The charts are simply not reliable.
Ha Ha I also laugh...

Now, we can see a syndicate of IDs(same person?) led by Blameuse to talk down on this counter. Let's not speculate their motives, eg warned forumers, lost too much on the counter or to bring down share price to 23 sen to buy back sold shares, etc.
Between humans and a chart, I would rather trust a chart. I take cues from the buy/sell signals from the chart.
Humans can lie. But charts do not.
