Morning ks55, I m following your comment. It is very useful n logic. I think u do too invest in reit for stable dividend. Can you give some advice on the good reit company listed below and some good payout dividend company. REIT company I analyse are igbreit, mqreit, sunreit, pavreit. Good dividend company such as bplant, maybank. Can you advise which company for me to narrow down as I will like 2 to 3 company to invest. Appreciate your help.

Income distribution on 5/2/16
Proposed final gross income distribution of 4.37 Sen per unit ( of which, taxable income =4.31 Sen per unit , tax exempt income = 0.06 Sen per unit)
The contrarian, with this mean 4.31 Sen per unit need to deduct by 10% ? What will be the final dividend? It is 3.939 Sen per unit? Pls correct me?

Thanks msiaboleh, ur item 4 is the key point. Of corse reit interest paid out is more ard 7% vs loan 4.5% vs fd interest 4.3%.

Ktsk88, thanks for sharing ur experience. Ask you a matter. If one bought a house let say 1 million. Take up the loan of 700k ( interest 4.5%)and he has the cash of 700k. Option 1 paid or full settlement after 2 year. Option 2 keep cash in the bank at fd 4.3% interest. Option 3 invest in reit which is more stable than stock with interest and 7%. What is ur advise and maybe u have any experience in reit company?

Zone A and B going to boom soon, many businessman foresee in 5 year time thing will look different. By the time anyone who only can see the real picture, price already up too much and good location is no more available. I just bought a landed house in Melia residence and on 1 launched day all unit sold out. Phase 2 and 3 open up and all also sold out with price increment 10 to 20%. Very good location. I predict the next development in Malaysia will be in Johor iskandar.

Calvin, iskandar will overtook kl soon. Now the real factor is how to attract or promote people around malaysia to migrate to Johor. Maybe also Johor state Goverment can allow foreign to migrate to Johor. Iskandar need population growth at highest level so that all property will develop n up graded to higher value. Calvin, yesterday I read kyy article, I find that to gain money in share market is to invest a real growing stock where it's earning is keep on growing and it's product or service is a trending in market. I foresee tek seng is an example where the company keep expanding n it's order is increasing. I believe tek seng will be good for at least next 5 years with its well manage management. Instead of keeping money, why not put your money in less risk counter like good reit, good dividend counter like tasek, bplant or even maybank. If you lucky n good in timing you may also gain from capital appreciation.
