After 31 years in the market, I KNOW A MARKET TOP WHEN I SEE ONE.

Today is THE VERY TOP at 4.03.
You WONT SEE THAT AGAIN IN YOUR LIFETIME.

If you hold on to it, ULTIMATELY YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH IT WITH MORE THAN 1.00 PAPER LOSS.

That said, IT HAS BEEN AN IMRESSIVE RUN FROM 0.66 to 4.03 of MORE THAN 550% GAIN IN 14 MONTHS.

As in any impressive run, SOME PEOPLE WILL GET STUCK AT THE VERY TOP.

…still no head and shoulder pattern in the stock price chart yet so, there is no danger in sight for now.

…will only bet up to a max of 0.01% total fund, just a tiny fraction for trade speculation and keep for the longest time.

…will DCA twice until rm0.88 if my worst expectation comes true.
I know LD is rm1.22 for today.

Its stock price is making a little sense to me now, decides to make a tiny bet at rm1.34.

I did notice that you’ve assumed its NTA per share is rm1.62.

Correction to NTA per share as calculated by me previously.
NTA per share = 160,443,000 / 106,896,000
NTA per share = 150.09 sen
Therefore, NTA per share after WB treatment = 105.03

Do you know, …such info ? Anyway, rm1.6+ can be considered as quite a “bargain” deal. I still have not pull the trigger for RAPID because its stock price does not makes sense yet.

NTA = 334,925,000 - (174,482,000 + 0)
NTA = 160,443,000
NTA per share = NTA / Authorised Share Capital

NTA per share = 149.26 sen (based on my calculation or 150.09 sen (as shown on Page 9 of current FY Annual Report.
By Warren Buffet (WB) standard, he expects 30% discount from NTA per share to make any sense at all.

The magnificent 7 of BM can only make sense by KingKKK with the removal of TENAGA stock from the equation.

Now, I can figure out or understand about his conservative treatment or approach especially for its DC and AI business profitability is rather low to even make any sense at all.

When I’ve noticed that the left shoulder has not appear yet, I’ve decided that “It’s time to collect more YTLp shares” at rm3.81.
It’s so obvious that rm3.91 can never be the peak of left shoulder in its futuristic head & shoulder pattern, anymore.
Anyway, my gut feeling about its stock price will exceed rm6.00 based on my amateur technical analysis more than the conservative rm5.15 TP as forecast by an analyst based on fundamental projections.

I’ve “rock solid” confidence that YTLp and the super NVDA stock will outperform in my recent diversification exercise to slightly enlarge my stock portfolio with a few more companies.
In hindsight, I own more UP than YTLp in amount values because of its far higher stock price.

I’m just taking profit that’s all after 11 years of waiting, …still have 51% left for long term dividend.

Just sold some UTDPLT shares and bought YTLp for trading speculation and NVidia (NVDA) for long term investment.

Sold some UP shares from rm19.68 to rm19.88, tyvm.

I’ll buy again when LD.

Did you notice that a lot of properties are pledged as security for banking facilities granted to the group as disclosed in Note 20 “Loans and Borrowings”.
Total value of properties pledged is rm1,435,018,601 and Loans and Borrowings in Note 20 is rm909,126,463.

Damnit, RAPID is in action now and the train has left the station before I can buy its ticket.

Already several hundred thousands shares have been picked up by “buyers” while its current stock price is higher than its NTA per share.

A bullish short handle long head hammer candlestick is in the formation, so far !
Eventhough, I don’t have any YTL shares, I still keep track of it.
Who knows I may change my mind about my YTLp stock, later on.

Of course, you may assume all of the assets that have been audited by KPMG are worth nothing

In hindsight, I’ve managed to derive and match its NTA worth after using a calculator.
After I drank a cup of hot chocolate, my brain had a boost of energy and spotted “goodwill on consolidation” that must be subtracted in the formula.

NTA and net asset per share is rm2.23 and rm2.26 respectively as shown in its current Financial Statement on Page 4.
I’m able to use a calculator to compute its net asset per share but its NTA worth eludes me, lol.

The Insiders will grab up “cheap sales” shares when its stock price makes sense.
I didn’t bother to calculate its NTA worth however I’ve done so for RAPID stock.
Glancing roughly the relevant figures to perform NTA values are not so straight forward for YNHPROP stock with my eyes and mind, came up with in excess of rm1.00.

Will YTLp stock price rise to a lofty heights exceeding rm6 (my wildest imaginary prediction) !?
Hope that its business venture with NVidia can propel it even further into Data Center and hopefully, Artificial Intelligence pursuits or interests as seen from an astounding stock price ascension in a record breaking feat to usd594.91, yesterday.

After December 6th, 2023, HEIM stock price chart has printed a few higher highs and higher lows.

I don’t understand the rationale of “investors” or speculators who would pick up RAPID shares at rm1.50 and above.
Paying an obscene or insane premium for its shares is “I don’t what to say about you” or Don’t be a fool, please.

Left shoulder with its peak has formed in the stock price chart and the extended overbought signal of RSI is curtailed.
MACD has turned negative.

I’m not giving any recommendation to invest in RAPID stock, at all. In hindsight, my fundamental analysis result for this company is absolutely, abysmal.
Should avoid it like THE plague until it makes sense for your money to get involved or most likely perhaps, not.

I’m thinking it’s the left shoulder has started to form and in my over 3,000 head and shoulders patterns recognition, I don’t see any signs of the head yet.
