Full year 4.22 + 5 = 9.22
Net is 9.22 x 90% (roughly la, just ignore the tiny non-taxable portion) = 8.3 sen

8.3 sen / (1.59 - 0.05) = 5.3896%

When you want to discuss about divvy yield, it's better to discuss in net terms. As you want to compare to other dividend stocks e.g. Maybank, PCHEM etc which is already distributing net of tax.

About 5.5% net yield at current price

Now net yield only about 5.0%. I'd rather go for Axis
