Normally REIT dividends will have a taxable portion and a non-taxable portion.

Why ATRIUM dividends don't have this breakdown?

The entire dividend is taxable at 10%?

MMC usually declares only 1 single final dividend.

The 1.5 sen interim divvy distributed recently is already out of the norm.
