Good rally to take it to 4.50 by year end at least then next year May see some correction and then move upwards when better results in terms of write offs is published. Market thinks ahead remember! That is why banks ceo do set aside high provisions which then can be written back when things improve. Hope CIMB csn recover some of Singaporean loans by group action against the audit firm.

Shell company that does nothing meaningful otjer tshn pay directors fees!

He is buying to shift price and some other retail investors join in on the top and then he will dispose or get connected parties to dispose. That’s the game. One person who holds majority shareholding is very dangerous as we have seen before. I have never come across in other markets this level of buying and selling by director(S) in open market before. Wont touch this company with a barge pole ....sure it rise but for no reason other than sharenacquistion.

If you follow UK world you would see some companies shave had rights issues and all of them have risen dramatically there is rationale for raising capital. Interesting companies who have shareholders / Founders who,own more than 20% of stock can misuse their position. This when the regulators should exercise control and investigate and carry out due diligence. Sadly this does not happen too often.

It all depends what PP is used for ....if it used for expanding the company and getting new contracts than it is ok. If it is for major shareholders and connected parties to make a turn on shares, than it is bad. Serba have been guilty of poor governance and behaviour consequently any rise in price would be met by share sales by people who are trapped. Hardly a case for investing for long term growth.

This is better than Serba, at least the placing will be used to upcoming initiatives. Company itself does not need funding the balance sheet is strong and therefore purpose is to support future projects. Keep fingers crossed!

Fundamentals is not an issue! If it was purely for fundamental, the share price would be north. The serious players and institutional investors know that any time directors csn dispose their shareholders in the open market.....this is not normal....so please don’t talk about fundamentals only way u make money is to quickly sell when it goes up...which is not investing! Total mismanagement....how do shareholders make money? Capital growth and dividend income. Both have been diluted despite the company being profitable...so where it go? The profit is going to directors and insiders who sell high by making various announcements and then sell only to buy and buy back cheaper with private placements. It is a racket ...which needs to be investigated. The timing of directors disposal is the issue and is fraudulent ..it is not consistent with requirements of a listed company. The behaviour pattern needs investigating...this will happen of complaints are lodged.

Raising funds should be through issuing of bonds or equity, in which case it should be rights issue which is fair to existing shareholders. Private placement is open to misuse for sure. These companies go against the grain of fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders. Should be boycotted.

Michong99.....unloading huge number of shares in open market by management May not be illegal if it is disclosed but it is unethical....you don’t see this in developed markets where regulation and investigation by regulators is frequent. Some of the activities are bordering around being illegal. Look at Minetec, sea link...same pattern of behaviour.

MyEG despite the recent hype is a good medium term prospect...it needs patience. The stock has delivered good returns..despite share manipulation of sorts. Good,opportunities ahead, with NIIS contract eventual return of GST and offshore investments. Patience is the key!
