You are entitled to subscribe to the right issue at the ratio of 100 for 1, means you are entitled to subscribe 2000 shares at 0.105, and you have to pay RM 210 ( 0.105 x 2000 shares ). You are alfo entitled to free warrant 500 units ( 2000 ÷ 4).

Sorry, today closing price 0.415, so plus 10 bids premium become 0.415 + ( 0.005 x 10 bids)
= 0.465 for buying price.

Share price is today's closing price which is 0.42,
and for those who have over sold or short sell and didn't cover back, they have to pay a premium of 10 bids to buy back the shares for the delivery.

Sapnrg has been hovering around 0.26 - 0.33 for almost a year. How low can it drop? There were many comments saying that sapnrg will drop to 0.20 or even lower at 0.10, but it didn't happen. I have been waited for a year, the major shareholders and the sharks won't be so stupid to press down the price to 10 sen. After the company's restructuring plan, the company's financial position is better than what it was 2 years before.

For those who have invested in Velesto below 0.25, Armada around 0.15 - 0.16, when a lot of bad comments were made , those investors have made huge profits. Sapnrg will follow the steps, it is just a matter of times. Not to mention
the smaller shares cap oil and gas counters like
DAYANG, CARIMAN, UZMA, WASEONG, KNM,

How do we achieve the above mentioned factors
and to make profits from the market , I think there are some principles we must follow and adhere to .

1) holding power .
2) do our homework including study of financial
reports and analysis of the performances of
company etc .
3) be disciplined .
4) be patient .
5) be a little bit brave ( when the company's
shares price is hovering around the historical low region and has better performance in the near future .
6) can take it ( either to take profit or to cut loss after a deep evaluation ) .

For the case of Armada , for those retail buyers who have fulfilled the above mentioned principles and have invested in Armada , they are rewarded .
For those counters counters which have shot up more than 300 % , 400% or even close to 1000% within one or two years , with a PE RATIO of 50 times , 70 times , or 100 times , ultimately the share price will fall back . I.e like Hengyuan , petronm , Kesmi , Harta , Yongtai and many others .

Velesto is quite similar with Sapnrg in some aspects and Velesto is picking up and they could have almost finished their accumulation works at the lowest region .

When Armada was hovering around 0.20 , many retail buyers were grumbling , now trading between 0.44-0.46 , more than 100 % return within few months . If you invest 1 million @0.20 = 200,000 , your investment become
1million x 0.45 = 450,000 for Less than a year . If you are good in trading , you could have made at least 3 rounds return of more than 30 % .

Similarly for Sapnrg , it was traded between 0.255 and 0.35 for the past twelve months . So if you buy 0.26 and sell at 0.32 , you could have made few rounds return of more than 20 % . Based on current price at 0.27 , if you can afford to buy 1 million shares @ 0.27 = 270,000 , anytime within a year from now , if the share price shoot up 0. 405 , your return is 50 % , if rebound to 0.54 -0.55 , your return is 100% .

When the share price is hovering around the historical low region , they are accumulating . When the share price has shot up few hundred percent and hovering around the highest region , they are distributing . We have seen Armada and KNM rebounded from their historical low and other counters like Dayang , Carimin , Uzma , penergy which have rebounded more than 100 - 400 % .

If you are holding 100,000 shares and you compare your shares holding with the paid up of 16 billions shares , it is nothing . If the company goes bankrupt , they will loss more than
10 billions shares . Anyhow , the company has restructured recently and has not been pushing up , they are just accumulating , not so worry .
