For other O & G counters , If you buy one or two millions shares , the sharks will wait for few years until you sold off .

Time is running out ... after so many comments made by few persons for the last few months , it is quite obvious that Sapnrg will go up . One of the advantage that this company has is you can buy few hundred thousand shares , few millions shares or even 30 millions shares or even few hundred millions shares .

VC or formerly known as SKH , if you look at the movements fort past few years , they accumulate for very long time and normally push up for one or two days . After that , they distribute all the way for few years again .

Whether Armada or Sapnrg will be going to close shop within the next few years , we can refer to Sumatec from the movements of the price and the financial positions . Sumatec was pushed up from below 10 sen to more 60 sens some times in year 2014 and the share price dropped all the way to below 5 sens 2 years ago . The last and final round , it was pushed up from below 5 sens to around 13 - 14 sens within a very short period.
with the aim to distribute all the shares to retail buyers as we can see from the announcement that the main shareholders disposed off few hundred millions even at the price of 3 or 4 sens only ...

For those who buy at 20 sen and still not able to sell and make some profits after 2 years , don't be worried , all the major shareholders will be crying like hell .

From the comments gathered over last few months , we can roughly assume that we have a very high chance of making few times returns on our investment in this company over the next one or two years .

If you get 1 st price , Thursday can buy close to 5 millions , keep until next year can get 3 millions .

Queued to buy 30,000 shares @ 0.195 for 32 minutes still can not get . Suddenly they refuse to sell . 30000 x half sen only different by RM 150 .00 only , why the panic sellers refused to sell ???

Queued to buy 0.15 -0.155 for few weeks can not be matched . Some commented PN 17 , will drop to 5 sens or 10 sens , but it didn't happen , ???

Queued for few weeks to buy @ 0.26- 0.265 can not be matched . Why some said will become PN 17 and some said 10 sens ???

A good investor is he knows what to do . Which counter to buy , at what price . If the price drop , should average down , cut loss or just wait . Must keep track on the company's performance .

Based on the last quarter results and the analysts comments , the fair value of this company should be around 0.18 - 0.22 .
If the company can give a better results and keep on getting contracts , we can just buy and keep , it doesn't is 0.18 , 0.19 or 0.20 . If dropped to 0.15 , just reserve some funds to double average down .

Fair value should be around 0.28 - 0.32 .

If the share price is 0.005 , the most you can lose is 0.005 per share . If the share price is 0.325 , the most is can lose is 0.325 per share .

For the case of Armada , it won't drop to 0.005 overnight and it will also won't drop to 0.05 within one or two weeks unless it suffers a huge loss of 2 or 3 billions again for this coming quarter results .

Based on the analysts comments and up to last quarter results , the fair value of this company may be around 0.18 - 0.19 .

Some investors just can't take it if they buyers at 0.325 and the p dropped to 0.265 . What is more important is to decide whether to average , to cut loss or just wait and monitor .

Since 99.99 % If not 100 % of i3 investors do not believe the shares price will not drop to 0.005 or 0.01 or even 0.10 , what worry so much . 0.31 , 0.0315 , 0.30 , 0.285 , 0.29 or 0.32 and so forth , just buy and keep and sell when the shares price hit your target price . Just average down if you think it can go up . Just sell or cut loss if you think the company is going bankrupt .

Armada rebounded 2 times with 50 % gains within 5 months . First round rebounded from 0.15 to 0.245 . Second round from 0.185 to 0.285 .
If you invest 100k , after first round , became

If you can get third round rebound of 50 % , then your investment become 337.5 k . After fourth round , your investment become 506.25 k .

Hopefully it drop to 0.005 or half sen , 100 millions shares cost only 500 k . Keep for one or two years , when the shares price hit RM 1.0 , then become 100 millions .

But its shares price rebounded to around 2.0 before World Cup June 2010 .

The movements of the shares price are very much depend on the performance of the company and its future prospects .
If the company is performing well and will perform better in the next few years , its shares price should move up . But if a lot of shares still in the hands of retail buyers , they will take longer time to shake off the retail buyers .
Any how if the company is too big to fall
( at least in the next 2 or 3 years ) , and the share price is trading at the historical low , it should be ok to us . Unless the results are very bad for the next few years and wiped off everything .

If they listen and follow what the mat salleh say blindly , their shares market will become ATM of mat salleh , every 3 to 5 years , the mat salleh will take away few hundred billions , better than import duties imposed by President Trump.

RMB 400 . Sometimes in June - AUGUST 2015 , the daily traded value more than
RMB 2 Trillions . There are many high growth companies .

SHENZHEN market alone should be around RMB 22 trillions .

In long term , as long as economy is growing , its stocks market should follow .

Over the next 5 or 10 years , CHINA STOCKS MARKET should be higher .
In year 1990 , total market capitalisation of SHENZHEN was around USD 1 billion , now more than USD 8 Trillions .
In year 1956 , Djia around 500 points .

ARMADA and SAPNRG can not be as low as what they have done .
The only thing is shares paid up very much bigger and to many retail buyers are holding . The sharks need more time to shake off the retail buyers .

If they press down the price to 10 sen or 5 sen , we shall be very happy .

Hope and wait for them to press down the price to 10 sen or even lower as soon as possible .
But they won't .

As a retail buyer , we are having disadvantages due to we are lack of some crucial informations and also late access to the informations , so we may be misled by the informations available in the market .

Sometimes analysts change the target price few times within a quarter even before the announcement of the next quarter results .
Sometimes analysts change the target price by changing the PE from 20 to 12 even the results almost the same .

So for retail buyers who wish to buy or invest in blue chips , they may have to wait for a longer period , May be 6 months , may be a year or may be 3 years or even 3 -5 years or may be invest when a financial crisis happened ? Just like MAYBANK dropped below RM 3.00 when KLCI was @ 262 points in 1998 , subject to you have available funds at that time and brave to invest .

TO invest in blue chips. With a PE of 10 or less than 15 and with a dividend yield of 4 - 5 % should be ok .

One of the main theory in Economics is the Supply and Demand . The price of goods will adjust accordingly . When the Supply is higher than the demand , then the price will goes down . When the demand is higher than the Supply , then the price will goes up .

Similarly when the company's performance becomes better and with better future prospects , the demand will increase and the price will goes up . During a short period of time , May be one month or three months or even longer like 6 months , the shares price will fluctuate up and down , sometimes higher than its fair value or sometimes lower than its fair value , it may be due to manipulation or other reasons which we don't know . But ultimately , the shares price will reflect a more relatively true and fair value .

Some retail buyers would like to say we only invest in blue chips . Some may think blue chip is definitely good even if the share price is at PE 50 or even higher . Some may even buy a blue chip counter with PE of 60 or 70 times with a dividend yield of less than 2 % and put all his money in one shot . A PE of 50 times means you need 50 years to recover back your cost of investment ( assuming the company's EBITA is constant every year for the next 50 years) . A dividend yield of 2 % means you receive RM 200 for a counter with share price of RM 10.00 .
So if we want invest in blue chips , we may have to buy at different times and different prices and we need to keep track of the company's performance .

If a blue chip counter with a PE of 5 at RM 5.00 , its latest quarterly results jumped 4 times and the price sharp jumped 4 times to RM 20.00 within one or few months , should we jump in to buy ? Can we determine that the company can maintain its EBITA in the future . Example like HENGYUAN , HARTA , PMETAL , PETRONM and others ?

Retail buyers always face a lot of problems when they want to make shares investment decisions .

Which counter to buy ? What price to enter ? Average down the price or cut lost ?

Should I take profit now , or add more ? Diversification ? Invest in one or two counters , or invest in 10 counters or more ?

Should buy blue chips or penny stocks ? Buy a counter with high PE of 40 or 50 times with high growth rate ? Buy counters with high NTA , or high dividends pay out or high dividends yields ?
And many other questions or problems .

Some investors prefer blue chips , some prefer penny stocks . Some prefer to chase high and sell higher . Some prefer to buy when the share price sharp drop and hope for rebound .

WARREN BUFFET says the first factor to consider before you invest is make sure you don't suffer losses and the second factor is you must remember the first factor . He also explain what is the meaning of INVESTMENT . He says Investment is to buy a counter at a price below its fair value or the better is buy at half price of its fair value . Don't buy a counter which you don't understand . You must do your homework , you must be patient and you must be brave when other people are affraid . A big portion of his funds invest in few counters only .

As a retail buyer , how to invest in shares or how to trade shares ??? Should we dump all our funds to buy one counter only or should we diversify our investment ? Should we borrow money to buy or only use a portion of our funds to buy or invest ? Should we buy blue chips or good fundamental counters ? Should we buy only penny stocks ?

You are welcomed , just a share of my view .

Sometimes we may not be able to buy at the target price we wanted . If all all retail buyers do not buy at 0.20 , the sharks won't be so generous to sell to us at 0.15 . The more the retail buyers buy , the lower the sharks will press the price down but to some extend they are reluctant or not able to press down further .
What retail buyers can do is buy 10000 shares @ 0.20 , and wait for some time , May be a week or two weeks or a month , it depends .
If no fundamental changes , and the price drop to 0.175 then we can average and buy 20000 shares @ 0.17 - 0.175 .
If no fundamental changes and the price drop to 0.15 , then we may have to buy 30000 @ 0.15 .
We can average down the price subject to 1) the company won't go bankrupt . 2) the company is too big to fall .
3) the prospects of the company will be better in the next one or two years .

Should be buy at 0.20 , sell at 0.40 at anytime within two years , can make 50 % return in a year .
