I really donT know TS personal finance BUT there are 2 types of shares finances i know...
1) whole block financing...Bank bought whole block for TS and deposit into a nominee account..
and TS service interest payment.( cannot buy Or sell shares unless Liquidated by Bank )
2) Margin Account ( pledged shares ) can buy and sell as Holders please

In Both case once the Shares Valuation Drops, Holder must Top-Up Or face share Liquidation
