Since its listing on 19 October 2005, based on the Artificial measurement, the share price of your Fund has risen from RM1.01 to RM3.16 by 31 May 2024. This represents a gain of 256.14%.
If only icap can doubling every 10 years then after 20 years your RM 1.01 should be 1.01x2x2= RM 4.04
TTB can't even acheived that.
Then what are he talking about on the below?
His bar is set so low and yet he can't acheived it.
All the above performance figures are real. No scams. Yet, how many will go for doubling your money in a month as opposed to doubling within 5 to 8 years ?

As of YTLPower it will depend of how well they can get clients into their green DC.
Too many big players in DC so can YTLpower be more competative then those big DC players?

With billions in debts capitalA already a miracle to survived until today.
"We survived a five-year downturn related to the pandemic, losing about US 10 billion with 200 planes grounded during that time. This year we have recovered somewhat, with our fleet at 91% of the 2019 level," said Tony Fernandes, chief executive of Capital A, the parent company of AirAsia.

Of the three only Insas did not reach my TP of RM 1.50
And if CPO can hold above RM3,900 jayatiasa quarter end 31/9/24 and 31/12/24 will be a very good result and price could retest the 52 weeks high RM 1.53 (jayatiasa now give dividend 2 times a year same as OSK)

A joke making its round since news about Fernandes’ appointment broke was whether his lectures would start on time or often see delays or even cancellations – like his airline is notorious for? Will there be prompt refund for delays or class cancellations?
In a classroom setting, will students be waiting anxiously for his arrival, much like the passengers waiting for their delayed AirAsia flights?
Jokes aside, what can we learn from Fernandes’ handling of customer service during the pandemic?

CPO futures close higher amid rising crude oil prices
Source: Business Times Publish date: Fri, 4 Oct 2024, 8:51 PM
KUALA LUMPUR: Crude palm oil (CPO) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed higher on Friday amid rising crude oil prices, a dealer said.
Palm oil trader David Ng said the price hike was driven by the expectation of a strong export CPO pace and escalating tension in the Middle East.
"We see support at RM4,180 and resistance at RM4,350," he told Bernama.
At the close, the spot month October 2024 contract surged RM133 to RM4,400 per tonne, November 2024 rose RM123 to RM4,355, while the benchmark December 2024 increased RM118 to RM4,300.
The January 2025 contract gained RM110 to RM4,243 per tonne, February 2025 contract added RM101 to RM4,185, while March 2025 was up by RM92 to RM4,128.
Trading volume was slightly lower at 99,167 lots from 99,355 on Thursday, while open interest fell to 251,725 contracts from 258,051.
The physical CPO price for October South climbed RM120 to RM4,420 per tonne

Fair mean you neither underpaid or overpaid for the assets based of NTA or Business (DCF) valuation.
Reasonable mean your paid price is over or below Mr. Market valuation.
So whether it is fair or not depend on the assumptions used on business DCF valuation
But to pay RM 3 billion for AAAGL is definately unreasonable (overpaid a lot) when Mr. Market only valued the whole of CapitalA at RM 4.049 billion as at 27th Sept 2024?

Is below considered as attempt to mislead the court and investing public?
Can action taken on the law firm that represent Serba that filed the suit?
In a stock exchange filing, Serba said it has filed a suit at the high court against KPMG. It will be seeking punitive and aggravated damages.
The company said the claims were made taking into account the loss of 4.93 billion ringgit in its market capitalisation, and loss of confidence from its shareholders and customers

If the lawyer is complicit in the criminal breach of trust, the Penal Code Section 409 (CBT by a public servant, banker, merchant, or agent) provides for punishment up to 20 years imprisonment, a fine, and whipping.

Lawyers who attempt to mislead the court, particularly in a clear-cut case involving criminal breach of trust (CBT) and money laundering, face serious legal and ethical consequences. In such cases, where public funds are involved, and the argument centers around laundering for welfare purposes, the lawyer could still face sanctions, as the law does not permit such justifications.

What will capitalA BOD answer on:
Question 3: BOD, with such a good deal will Capital A chief executive officer Tan Sri Tony Fernandes put money where his mouth is by converting his holding in RCUIDS into CapitaA shares?
And AAX WYNCORP Independent Adviser answer on:
Question 5: WYNCORP Independent Adviser how to justify paying RM 3 billion for AAAGL that is still PAT negative, shareholders’ deficit of RM (4,515,397,000) and with total borrowings, debentures and lease liabilities of RM 9,638,715,000 to be fair and reasonable when Mr. Market only valued the whole of CapitalA at RM 4.049 billion as at 27th Sept 2024?

Add in addition 2 questions:
Projection risk
“The AAAGL Purchase Consideration and AAB Purchase Consideration were arrived at after taking into consideration, amongst others, the range of valuation for the entire equity interests in the Target Companies based on the valuation undertaken by Deloitte. In arriving at the valuation of the Target Companies, the Valuer has considered a number of valuation approaches and adopted the DCF method of valuation as the primary method for the valuation of the AOCs, namely AAB, TAA, PAA and IAA using the 5-year financial projections of the said AOCs from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2028 together with the underlying bases and assumptions.
Question 15: Deloitte, what are the projected: Net cash generated from operating activities, repayment of borrowings, debentures and lease liabilities for each of the 5-year financial projection of the said AOCs from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2028?
Question 16: BOD since the valuation is based on 5-year financial projection and to eliminate the projection risk should BOD get a 5 years contractual guarantee that capitalA will reimburse AAX on any shortfall to the projection?

7.6.4 Goodwill and impairment risk
“The Proposed Acquisitions are expected to give rise to goodwill to be recognised, the amount of which will depend on the fair value of the Target Companies’ identifiable assets acquired (including any intangible assets identified) and liabilities assumed upon completion of the Proposed Acquisitions.
The identifiable assets and liabilities of the Target Companies will initially be recorded in the New Aviation Group’s books at their provisional fair values as at the acquisition date pending the conclusion of a purchase price allocation exercise in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards 3 Business Combinations. Although a preliminary assessment has been conducted, the final outcome of the purchase price allocation exercise cannot be ascertained at this juncture. Any fair value adjustment to the identifiable assets and liabilities arising there from may affect the goodwill and financial position of the New Aviation Group. In addition, any impairment on the carrying amount of the investments in the Target Companies (including any goodwill and intangible assets arising from the Proposed Acquisitions) and amortisation of
any intangible assets identified from the Proposed Acquisitions may affect the financial performance and financial position of the New Aviation Group.
For illustrative purposes, as set out in the pro forma consolidated statement of financial position
of our Group as at 31 December 2023 in Appendix VIII of this Circular, the goodwill and intangible assets upon completion of the Proposed Acquisitions are RM10,090.74 million and RM2,430.84 million respectively, based on the assumptions and parameters stated therein.
