When will HRC close shop?
In Singapore, the complex refining profit margin and the gauge for Asia’s refining profits slumped this week to the lowest for the season since 2020, when the pandemic was depressing demand.
Massive new refineries, including Africa’s biggest in Nigeria, the Al Zour refinery in Kuwait, and Duqm in Oman, are also weighing on the profits of smaller refineries, especially in Europe.
Earlier this month, the owners of the Grangemouth refinery, Scotland’s only crude processing facility, confirmed the plant is set to close in the second quarter of 2025, as it has been struggling to compete with the new complex facilities in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Those export oriented industries will have a very bad quarter because receivables and sales in USD but cost in MYR.
Need some time to pass down the cost increase to customers if customers agree to cost increase or customers could buy from other cheaper cost countries.

Are bankers still support AA??
Haven't you heard Stony complain about Bankers ask Stony to stand as gurantor if CapA wish to borrow money?
So without bankers support capA had to raise funds thro'private cerdit revenue bonds.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Can AAX find enough investors for its upcoming RM 1 billion private placement?
Two leading private credit funds, Ares Management Corp and Indies Capital Partners, will provide $200 million of the funding, which will be strategically utilised to reactivate aircraft that were grounded during the pandemic. The remaining $243 million tranche, subscribed by sting aircraft lessors will be used to refinance existing lease liabilities, further strengthening its balance sheet.
By the way aircraft lessors are very happy to exchange the current lease payment into USD 243 million revenue bond.

CapA
As at 30/6/2024
RM'000
Non current assets 26,053,575
Current assets 2,319,481
Non current liabilities 23,819,165
Current liabilities 15,798,326
Net current liabilities (13,478,846)
Total equity (11,244,436)
My question to AAX BOD/Auditor will be very simple
1. With the acquisition of AAAGL what will be
A. Non current assets
B. Current assets
C. Non current liabilities
D. Current liabilities
transfer to AAX?
2. With the acquisition of AAB what will be
A. Non current assets
B. Current assets
C. Non current liabilities
D. Current liabilities
transfer to AAX?
3.After acqusition of AAAGL and AAB what will be AAX
A. Non current assets
B. Current assets
C. Non current liabilities
D. Current liabilities
4. With net current liabilities of RMx,xxx, xxx, xxx how BOD ensure AAX will not default on payment obligation of current liabilities in the next 12 months?

As I said there are many pump and dump syndicate members in i3forum.
So can you beleive someone already made so much money from international market but still busy at capA forum?
What the used of claiming himself as having professional qualification in financial analysis but can't even understand capA is technically a insolvent/bankrupt company?
And again if aviation is so profitable then why the need to dispose AAAGL and AAB to AAX?
As at 30/6/2024
RM'000
Non current assets 26,053,575
Current assets 2,319,481
Non current liabilities 23,819,165
Current liabilities 15,798,326
Net current liabilities (13,478,846)
Total equity (11,244,436)
NTA RM (2.12)
Note:
Current lease liabilities 5,510,697
Current trade and other payables 4,725,450
Is capA with above financial balance sheet a tecnically insolvent/bankrupt company?
How on earth can capA not default on net current liabilities of RM 13,478,846,000 in the next 12 months?

Before you put your hard earned money into stocks investing please at least learn how to read financial report and hold BOD accountable, reponsible and answerable during AGM/EGM.

By the way it is now up to Bursa SC whether shareholder has the rights to ask follow up/clarification question and listed company is obliged to answers follow up clarification questions on answers given to AGM Q&A?
By the way can capA avoid answering my questions during the EGM Q&A?

By the way I make myself an AAX shareholder and this time round I will ask the difficult questions on AAX aquisition of AAAGL and AAB.
And will AAX fall into PN17 after taking over the assets and liabilities of AAAGL and AAB?
2 months ago | Report Abuse
Since CapA IR did not replied my AGM follow up/clarification questions, I will send the same questions as EGM questions.
Dear IR,
Just a gentle reminder:
Another month had passed since my previous email dated 2nd August on my follow up seeking clarification from External Auditor and BOD regarding their answers given to my submitted AGM questions.
May I know will I be reasonably expecting clarification answers from the External Auditor and BOD?
Or do I need to wait until the next EGM and AGM to post the clarification questions to the External Auditor and BOD?
Dear Bursa SC,
Is it within shareholder rights to seek clarification on answers given by the External Auditor and BOD during AGM Q&A, if the answers given were not very clear to the person posting the questions?
Is a listed company obliged to give answers to follow up clarification on answers given to AGM Q&A?
Thank you
Have a good day
Best Regards

Penal Code (Act 574): Sodomy is criminalized under Section 377A and 377B of the Penal Code, which addresses carnal intercourse against the order of nature. Engaging in sodomy, whether consensual or not, is a punishable offense with imprisonment of up to 20 years and whipping. If sodomy involves a minor (under 18 years old), it would be considered statutory rape, as minors cannot legally consent to sexual activities. The penalties are harsher when it involves children.
Section 201 of the Penal Code: This section covers the concealment of an offense. Any individual who, knowing that an offense such as sodomy has been committed, hides evidence or fails to disclose it to the authorities can face punishment, including imprisonment of up to 7 years, or fines, or both

Technically with 70%: 30% equity between CPECC and jaks, the JHDP belong to CPECC and not jaks.
Jaks most likely did not do anything beside entertain the Vietnam officers and was given free 30% by CPECC.
But then again jaks will most likely ended up be eaten by CPECC for lunch.
