Good morning 3iii and TQVM for compiling the important financial figures for jtiasa.
Can you do me a favor to compile one for the gruesome company jaks.
Your student Mike day and night 24/7/365 promoting jaks with his misleading information and figures.
Repost from jaks forum:
Jaks as at 30/6/2024
RM'000
Current Liabilities
Bank borrowings 59,894
Bank overdraft 5,877
Non-Current Liabilities
Long Term Borrowings 407,622
So with land disposal cash inflow of RM77.74 million Jaks should have enough cash for repayment of borrowings and working capital for FYE 2024.
After that still need RI or PP till year 2030. Or like Mike-tikus suggest disposal of Evolve mall then again any buyer when Evolve mall is loss making every year.
Has Mike-tikus already learnt the peril of negative operating cash flow?

However, that will not restrict declaration of dividend of more than 20%. With improvement in financial position and market condition, the dividend payout will increase accordingly

It was Raja Petra who stood alone against the onslaught of dignity and civil liberty. He maintained his Malaysia Today and Maha Zalim websites and wreaked havoc on a great empire. For his deeds, Raja Petra was hounded by the police, His family members were not spared. It is a low blow to use our children against us to silence dissent.
That was the darkest day of the all powerful BN government any dissent will be silent by lock up under ISA and even family members are not spare the harrasment and arrest.
In later day Raja Petra live in exile in UK and had to earn a living as political mercenary and sold his soul to the highest bidder. What a tragic life
RIP Raja Petra.

The innovative dividend policy, which is subject to market and economic conditions and ICAP's value investing investment philosophy, is formulated as follows: a Base Rate of 1% of the NAV per share, plus 8% of the difference between ICAP's share price and NAV. Can I quote below to report TTB to Bursa SC so that actions can be taken against him for violation of Bursa rule and regulation:
Paragraph/Rule 9.12(1) and Paragraph/Rule 9.12(2)
Or do I need to wait till next 2 to 4 years if KLCI did not hit 2,500 - 3,000 points?
Despite a turbulent environment, icapital.biz Berhad has again achieved a very strong performance with its share price outperforming the MSCI Malaysia in US$ by a huge margin.
The share price of icapital.biz Berhad has also outperformed the S&P 500 and NASDAQ, two top performing indices dominated by AI stocks like Nvidia, Meta, etc , in US$ in the same 1-year period.
This very strong performance of icapital.biz Berhad is a result of your Fund Manager and Designated Person patiently and deliberately sticking to its time-proven Bamboo value investing philosophy, despite being continuously harassed by one or two foreign wrecking balls.
If my 2023 prediction that the KLCI will hit 2,500-3,000 points in the next 3 to 5 years’ time come true, the price performance of icapital.biz Berhad will be very hard to beat, especially when you factor in the extra return from a possible discount swing to a premium.

According to Malay mythology, running amok was an involuntary behavior caused by the “hantu belian,” or evil tiger spirit entering a person's body and compelling him or her to behave violently without conscious awareness. Because of their spiritual beliefs, those in the Malay culture tolerated running amok despite its devastating effects on the tribe.
