Non-Circumvention Agreement is very common to protect the facilitator (middleman) interest, the commission is not small. Rightfully, Jiangsu Sulian would not wanted to share the identity of the China Telco before the agreement is signed and its commission interest is sealed.

i) The Parties agree that the HOA shall also form a non-circumvention clause to prevent XOX from directly engaging negotiations with the yet to be identified Chinese Telecoms party, that will be introduced by Sulian Capital.

If Jiangsu Sulian do not has an ACE on his hand, why should XOX even bother to go thru the hassle to sign the agreement. And this happening coincidentally with the the investment of Daniele Tam that linked to LKS.

If it is just a mere rumors, why XOX even bother come out with an official announcement in regards to Jiangsu Sulian? Anyone can post up any rumours in today social media world.

Logically, it should be worth 11 sen + time premium of 1 sen minimum = 12+ sen.

Pearl Acquisition is a DONE deal since 1 month ago. There is not much movement on the price, steadily averaging around 0.080. The price has been standing strongly, even after large volume of WA clearance.

I believe the waiting is for ATS to announce their production line ready for production.

Very true, dont chase high. Remember what it did past two weeks and how some of you lost sleep. If you already have, good luck. If not, no need to be greedy. This stock has dropped back to its 0.70 levels many times past 3 months, so it is not unreasonable to wait for the right entry. Blindly chasing is bad for the knees.

Some plain simple logic, how much volume could be influenced as compared to the market force?

Don't expect few sentences here will push or pull the price. It is much simpler to look at the momentum of live stock trading volume to decide your choice. You don't even need to be a technical chart expert to know how to set indicators because it is too dynamic.

Not to forget that you don't actually own the counter, you are merely owning a digital bit data (since it's paperless now) of a share that has no control of its performance. So, don't get personal and emotional, trade objectively with clear mind.
