Current sell down is due to major funds are exploiting current situation to accumulate while retailers are selling irrationally due to fear.....

At current market sentiment, no fund manager or insider will goreng the stock up for retailers to make money, they will goreng down to collect later.
Currently, it is a retailers play, so pls do not expect a burst up in stock price, you will probably have to collect & keep for a while for the durian to drop one day....., If you believe in the batukawan theme play.

I believe in BatuKawan as the next booming industrial park like Bayan Baru, LGE is doing a great job. The only thing that I was not sure is the company management, I will have to monitor their performances closely for next couple years to come.....

With the recent decline of benchmark crude oil prices, the issue of high-cost production potentially facing curtailment is again in the news. The IEA does not forecast short-term or medium-term oil prices, but we do look at current price levels to see whether there are implications for production. Specifically, we compare current and breakeven prices. A project’s breakeven price is the price point at which net return turns positive (a positive net present value for the asset in question).

Deepwater, oil sands, and oil from North American shale plays (light, tight oil, LTO) are widely considered to be those types of crude oil production most sensitive to lower prices. In analysing Rystad Energy data, one can see that in terms of production with breakevens exceeding $80/bbl, Canadian synthetics projects have the highest percentage of production of the types examined here (about 25%) that would fall into a negative net present value if there were to be an extended period of prices below that level. A relatively small amount of US LTO production faces a breakeven price higher than $80/bbl, just slightly more than 4% this year. For deepwater production, higher costs come from the challenging operating environment, which translates into higher breakeven prices on average, but only some 8% would require a breakeven of $80/bbl or higher.

Overall, about 8% of these types of production require Brent above $80/bbl to break even, totalling some 1.05 mb/d or 1.1% of global liquids production.
