We feel not all Warrants might be converted, and not all converted will go to market...others may have different opinions.

Simple scenario...those punters buying blocks at above 33c..keep dropping everyday, until 28c....25c...19c..and if they don't cut losses hoping for rebound, for when expiry nears, the need for hundreds of thousands to pay conversion....in the end, maybe a fraction is saved.

What we had meant earlier was that the LAST DAY your WARRANTS should be deposited in your CDS accounts and READIED for conversion is 23rd July. The Registrar would not pick up the conversions after 23rd July, 2021.

Are you the spokesperson for the Registrar? Because, the Notice and announcement clearly stated the LAST DAY to transfer into CDS is on 23rd July.....AND NOT THE END OF THE MONTH.

For argument sake, isn't the market Fair price a Valuation of PE, and at a predicted future potential earnings? Please note that there are numerous PLC listed with higher PER and market cap beyond their capacities. Dnex is but a rising star with potential which is unimaginable to narrow minds and poor mathematical prowess.

The Warrants debacle is not over "until the fat lady sings" on 23rd July, last day of transfer into CDS accounts. Those under process together with transacted volume for Monday of 19.54 million, Tuesday at 43.25 millions would be rushed for Conversion in the remaining 1 week. Not sure if Registrar, whom would normally require 10-14 days could make it in time.

But to a certain extend you're right, Warrants price would not hold down the mother anymore.

Nonetheless, we had expected more additional listings but from present figures, it seems NOSH might not be pushed too high with conversions.
