Did Pharma have any historical price above 6.30? 6.50? 7.00? Why should it shoot up for a 4 : 1 Bonus? Is it because "free air" is so costly? Or just donation to the fake Pipers and also donate generously to the Institutions?

Should you have such an entry price of above 6.00, then it was the fake Pipe Piper's music, luring newbies to the slaughter houses.

Unlike most PLCs on Bursa, Dnex has the unique factor of conducting businesses and generating profits from overseas. Local lockdowns may have affected uncountable companies with unimaginable damages ripping into the local economy, consumerism, productions and livelihood.
Oil profits has achieved levels which is higher than expectations. This is made possible by even higher income based on better oil prices, multiplying effects with the recent completion of acquisition, bringing up to 90% shareholding from the previous 30%. And local "uneasy events" have no bearing whatsoever in this subsidiary neatly placed at North Seas.
The incoming Silterra has world semiconductor companies chasing for its products and in the past even turned away PO due to over-bookings. The chips are mainly for overseas clients and once again, local developments have only superficial effects, glancing with enhanced SOPs.
Undersea cable projects/contracts are on-going with expectations of more to come with the IT giants of USA setting up in Indonesia.
Amidst such business scenarios, Dnex is poised to grow INTERNATIONALLY, untouched and unaffected by local "uneasiness".

RSS has very little effect on KLSE counters, especially those Index linked ones. Therefore, it is not correct to blame RSS for KLCI languishing levels. SC has brought back RSS, if not mistaken in February, 2021 but with tightened, small percentages capped on selected counters. The range for current RSS is only circa 0.11% to 2.8%. For the record, the RSS on Dnex as at 8th July is only 3,947 lots or 0.15%
2021-07-11 22:59 | Report Abuse
To compare our KLSE with the bourses of world ranking from No.1 to No. 5, is like comparing a fishing trawler with a world cruise luxury liner. On top of that, you may factor the local political paradigm which has been in existence with the same group of people since the 1980s, unchanged and without any revolutionary mindset to catapult the nation to greater heights economically.
Most of the developed countries of Asia are of singular ethnicity, which may have provided the sincerity, loyalty, passion and honor towards love of their respective nations. Moreover, it can be said their country have been built a lot longer than Malaysia, which only gained independence 63 years ago, a bit youngish. The Japanese imperialism has been around for hundreds of years. Their Ministers are willing to accept responsibilities for failing to provide for their people. Taiwanese MPs threw shoes and punch each other in the faces inside the Common House. They admit shame and resign from positions should they failed in their capacities. Hong Kong is the undisputed Asian Financial Hub, connecting with Euro, Central Americas and possibly the whole world.
So, frankly, we are not sure what is the propensity for trying to make such comparisons.

There shall be a change of CEO at Khazanah effective 1st August, 2021 and we envisage the Silterra handover would be completed by the out-going CEO. Thus, the announcement is eagerly anticipated by Dnex's shareholders. (Fox hasn't blink an eye yet, with saliva dripping all over the front of his shirt)
Investors, big and small have been patiently waiting for these 2 acquisitions to be in the bag and for Dnex to move forward upon transformation. We have been waiting for months...
PING may be a small outfit but proven over the years, otherwise why would Dnex commit to this industry. PING's vendors may opted out and Dnex is a partner "at the right place, at the right time" The purchase price would certainly be done with every angle of due diligent possible and USD78 million would have been carefully considered. FYI, some properties in USA were transacted at higher than USD100 million with a recent mansion sold at record USD150 million. For the record, the deal is worth every penny now that Oil is above USD70 and Malaysia is earning profits generated from Overseas. Very confident, if the same price and terms is offered out now, there would be many Suitors knocking at the door.
Silterra, being a National Treasure project and asset is sold to Dnex for a song, a piecemeal worth even higher for it's current demand. Soon, when Silterra is handed over.....imagine this (me with a smirk)..Tan Sri Dato Syed Zainal, phoning President Terry Guo and asking, "Sir, would you please take Silterra now at our basis purchase price and with a mere RM200-300 million profits for our shareholders of Dnex?"...Won't you be hearing the frantic knocking on the door, even in the middle of the night?
Ask this, what was Foxconn's bidding price?
With these 2 acquisitions, anticipating more innovations in Silterra and smooth pumping at PING, what more can ourselves as shareholders/investors be dreaming for for?

@jelx11..well said and precisely the main issues and reasons for the deal not be completely on shares swap basis, otherwise it may constitute and trigger a MBO by PING.
And with Dnex price improved by leaps to 80c, the Issuance was only a mere 7.099% shareholding.
Not to be offensive, but Dwight also might have shot himself in the foot by question "why the deal was not fully done by shares swap?" To issue the whole amount of purchase price in shares would not have offered the "pay as you earn" option from PING's income. The Vendors may have dug out the chunk of Cash from PING (anyway, could have negotiated a zero bank balance for the deal) but this so-called Loan to Dnex is to be repaid by Oil profits in PING itself! Dnex owns 90% of PING and all income derived belongs to Dnex to repay back to PING.
Talk about company manipulation...aiyah...it's fundamentals la.
To add a sweetener....the amount of Loan repayment to PING is fully Tax Deductible in the books of Dnex! Talk about more windfalls....aiyah...it get better by the minute.
2021-07-09 19:01 | Report Abuse
Thank you, dwight (the rock) wayne,....it's undisputed that Dnex is having 90% ownership and 10% still remains in the hands of the Vendors. They may not have the same management team sitting in PING and as a rhetorical question...which New owners would not want to have FULL control of what they owned? The management team is to oversee and to conduct on-going schedules within the "regular and usual" scope of tapping these oil fields...isn't that what most new owners would want? And on top of that new team, an experienced and of the highest caliber professional has been entrusted with the job. Previously holding highest positions in Petroleum companies in Malaysia and endowed the title "Dato" for a white man. (Robert Kuok owns the franchise to Coca Cola in China, but does he knows the recipe or how to manufacture the coke?..money speaks and money works for you!)
The agreed price is on a "willing seller and willing buyer" basis, and we are pretty sure, Dnex would have their people calculating the ROI based on balance and size of Oil fields yields, complete with geographical and mapping quantum mathematically. You see, presently humans are able to deduce the amount of minerals or oil from far below the earth's crust.
In addition, the oil price during negotiations and signing of Agreement was just a shadow percentage of what we are seeing presently. Isn't that to the advantage and unexpected windfall for Dnex? What more can you ask for when your mineral/products have doubled in price?
Should the USD40 million be a drainout or cash out, so be it, as the repayment from Dnex is just a movement from right pocket to left pocket, and back to same new owner of PING.
If you can bring such a business deal to us, we can assure you that there shall not be less than 5 PLCs lined up to snap it, with a handsome 2% commission for your troubles.

Welcome and good luck, MV and No.10.... Guess if PING can accept Dnex at 25c or 80c, also with Fox bought in some at 90c, and these are higher than our buying prices....we can ride with them.

Bursa has a small reflective rebound today, and prices are not going anywhere yet. Since that's plenty of time and Dnex has only done 45 million shares as compare to the support done with 106.133 millions yesterday, I'd post another trivia about PING....
We have known one part of PING and some clarifications done with another member on this i3 forum, namely jlex11, has revealed even more extraordinary features of PING deal with her Vendors!
Initially, Dnex had hoped to sell the 30% shareholding in PING, but by some twist or divine calling, Tan Sri Dato Syed Zainal and the BOD offered to buy additional 60% in PING. That was one of the most shrewd and astute business 180 degrees turnaround manoeuvre most deserving of a place on the Wall of Fame!
The Vendors of PING, agreed and settled upon the price and even accepted the fate of a RM0.25 sen listed company shares for the swaps and payments! Dnex was listed at 25c at the time of signing the SnP, with perhaps never before practice of Price Valuation viz prevailing market price at time of payment. It was done recently at RM0.8001 per share...from earlier 25c per share.
That abovementioned part is for the Issuance of Dnex shares to the Vendors. The second and most astounding part is the Cash payment of USD40.95 million, which a single cents may not be required from Dnex's banks. The Vendors have agreed to make available the whole sum as a soft loan directly from the company, PING and WITHOUT interest charged for the convenience drawdown at any time necessary!
Now please enlighten us on where and how to buy such an on-going profit making company with payment coming from the company itself? At time of signing Oil price was around USD40s and now at above USD70s.
Our deduction could be that PING wanted to be Public Listed and agree to partner Dnex, a 25c PLC. They must have tons of confidence and comfortably happy with the business relationship.
Isn't this a fairy tale coming true? Now, how can Dnex after issuing the shares at 80c as valuation be ungrateful and ungracious to this relationship and effects? The rest, we leave to your own imagination and decision....
Thank you.

PING :...Oil income from OVERSEAS....
Silterra :....semicond chips in acute shortages and strong demand in the next 2-3 years or more, in fact, Book Orders for 2022 is FULL.
