Gentlemen, we may hold a bias view on some people for spewing bad news on Dnex, but some issues from Gem Seeker may not be totally false. He knows the counter would drop from 85c till now, but his accusations of BOD not doing their work may be libel. He knew the additional listing of 58 million shares (he shouted 60 mill) before the report was released. Same as he just mentioned more than additional 100 million would be listed coming Monday and reported this afternoon. Let's see the report at lunch.

Hello Tuan Faris, don't know the reason but some of my posting been deleted after a while. Been a lot of noises here lately and thought I have some fun too. Fierce groups now, since moving into most exciting months of June-July...new Warrants, acquisitions deadlines and Fox in the chicken coop.

The drop started after announcement of Fox has a seat on BOD (Non-Exe) The price slipped from 885c...not 93c (93c was the day after announcement of 5.03% shares bought by Fox Singapore) From 885c to 76c yesterday could have been factors from :

1) Local Political scenario

2) Big players anticipated the 2 EGMs for PING and Silterra acquisitions to impact uptrend but back fired. They started to unload.

3) Unexpected additional listing of 58 million shares converted from Warrants yesterday. Biggest for past 3 months. 58 million shares is even bigger than some other counters! But price could be considered as holding well.

Anyhow, the more you drop, the more we buy.

@jlex11....the issuance of RPS to acquire PING is from Dnex Energy Sdn Bhd, although price based on Dnex. Transaction date is unknown and deal supposed to be before end July, 2021. Also, there are 431,655,309 Warrants yet to be converted and mad rush is expected in July. Vendor of PING need not push Dnex price down for more RPS....don't you think so?
