It seems the management of the company wanted to get rid of weak holders by throwing out a potential bad news so that the directors could accumulate more at cheaper price. The company can actually keep quiet on the project delay.

A simple comparison of PER in consumer goods distribution. Yee Lee is still far below of its peers i valuation .

DKSH - 18.9x
Harison - 14.5x
KTC - 52x

Don't touch warrant... Easy to get grill. Plenty margin of safety at the current price. No urge of undervalue yet when the price stay low level. When the price trade above 1.5 then people would shout for undervalued.... Many stories to support it.

Don't think miracle would happen in this China company. Be realistic... write it off completely. Move forward to scout for better companies.

I'm not interested to " follow " or " not follow " . Listen here many many times. Be constructive.

Kyy said not to buy MKH due to its profit is heavily relied on the property segment. It's probably true since the contribution from property represented 66 percentof its entire profit.

What about Gadang? profit derived from property segment making up of 43 percent. Is it Gadang an exceptional case?

Good opportunity to buy more as profit from the operation is much higher than last year.

Do you really think he is bodoh? He is still very sharp man....unless he got no other alternative i.e. not many buyers to take up his stakes. That's what had happened in XingQuan. He would continue to sell more as Flbhd no longer fit into stock selection criteria. Bear in mind, he is only willing to invest in growth stock...

The market cap of FLB is about Rm 155m about Rm 80m consist of cash mah.....!!

Operationally also generate good positive cashflow too loh...!!
Low interest environment....this FLB is a good buy bcos of its cash generation ability...go for a slightly longer term...good profit opportunity loh...!!

It seems that earnings has been trending downward since the 1st Qtr 16. Be prepared for another 2 more times reduction in upcoming 3rd Qtr and 4th Qtr.

When the new plant put into commercial production? It supposed to start operating at end of Dec 15.

Top and bottom lines seem peaked at this level with additional capacity....it may last for another 12 months.

Currently, it's still traded at high multiple PER 21x. Will consider buying when the price drops below 3.2.

This is a growth stock but earnings seemed peak soon...growth story may happen in 2018 when the new factory is ready. Price is obviously over-hyped with PER 20x.

Nigel. Kyy's Golden Rule:

I must make sure the company can make more money this year than last year and the " projected " P/E is less than 10, before I buy the share, because when the company announces a better profit the share price will go up. The reason I buy at P/E 10 is to avoid any unforeseen weakness that I have not checked.

Slow and steady. Looking forward the upcoming QR and bonus issues follow by another QR.

Buy the dips. Follow the golden rule of kyy. We will be well reward later.

Patient pay off unless its growth dented and earnings deteriorated due to strengthen of RM below 3.8.

I don't care how the stock price would perform in the next 2 weeks. What I am interested is its earnings on the rising trends. Of course, it is a different story if the price suddenly shoot up to RM 2. lol

Few plastic packaging companies have reported lackluster QR ie Geshen, LCTH, SLP, Daiboci... Expect more funds will swift to Tguan.

Stock market is almost like an ATM machine. There's no shortage of newbies supply joining the market. Money keeps flowing into stock market either directly from retailers or indirectly through funds. If Uncle Koon has migrated, there's a new one will take over his seat. This kind of money game won't stop with or without him.

It will break new height soon back with potential of better earnings in upcoming QR.
