Directors Joseph Ambrose Lee keeps on acquiring. Today he acquired 45mil shares. He knows what is going on with Bornoil.

At least nothing adverse or negative or big surprise in the latest QR. Financially the company is in good shape.

I think the future share price movement would depend very much on the strategy plan of the new shareholder (MT 23) and the outcome of the quarterly results (expected in the coming days). There seems to be something unusual with its volume over the last few days and expect this to continue.

Today just Monday but volume transacted today huge at 84m shares (top 4th by volume). Strange that why those people bought so much shares if there is no hope in this company. Makes no sense of putting in monies and paying brokerage, isnt it? Suspect something developing...

It is interesting to note that there is a new substantial shareholder in this company - MT 23 Resources Ltd. It emerged on 24/6/22 (I think after acquiring the Treasury Shares). It then sold about 1/3 of its holding (presumably to some insider). It has been gradually increasing its stake - now stands at about 6.375%. Maybe one day it may launch a takeover bid after acquiring sufficient shares together with its proxies (unknown at the moment).

Looks like today can cross 3sen. Heavy accumulation at 2.5sen taking seller price.

Nice to see this ctr green whilst others are red. Sure something positive developing in this group.

Something brewing. Maybe can expect to see some new developments/changes with the recent redesignation of Datuk Ambrose Joseph Lee from Executive Director to Managing Director on 01APR22.

It seems not many willing to sell at 2.5 sen anymore. Can only get at 3 sen. Turning positive. It seems this counter mahu jalan already.

Today consolidate and profit taking. Very healthy. Note that profit taking well absorbed. Tomorrow continue uptrend again.

On a more positive note, I think there are signs (e.g. larger Buy Q building up much exceeding Sell Q and volume gradually picking up) that this counter is about to break out and move higher. Maybe big players eyeing this counter.

Ha Ha ...good QR so released early (no need to wait till last day of the month). PP and ESOS completed successfully and company loaded with cash. Excellent QR and business operations back to normal. The only way for Bornoil share price is up !

Company confirmed with the final subscription of 47.4m by MQ, PP completed.

I think that MQ's subscription for 47.4m should be the last and final bit of the PP. Also another few trading days before the PP expires on 28/1/22. After that you guys do your own prediction or projection what the share prices would be. Lets wait and see. Good luck to all of us who bought.

I have managed to buy more at 2.5sen recently when the sentiment was very negative and I think I have enough shares. Now waiting for brighter days ahead. Good luck to all of us here !

The 1st PP was issued on 29/1/21 (see above announcement in Bursa). As the PP Agreement is for one year, the PP should expire latest on 28/1/22 which is about 20 days away. Hence we should see an uptrend in price soon. Maybe the big boys will start buying soon to get cheaper prices.

Director continued to buy 150k at 3sen today.

Be patient guys. Comes January 22 (which is no far away) when the PP finishes, we should see uptrend forming.

Buy Q at 2.5sen started to swell. Looking at the trend, few are willing to sell at 2.5 sen and seems like the chance to buy at 2.5sen gone. Just not sure if the buy Q real or fake.

With C K Lau man on board and running the company, there could be the possibility of injecting Malaysian Mosaic into Bornoil. Very related business. Maybe once the limestone factory starts operation and if all goes well could be a matter of few months. Hap Seng was previously rumoured to be contemplating relisted Malaysia Mosaic, possibly via back door listing using one of their listed entities.

No plan for share consolidation.

I think action speaks louder than words - Datuk Ambrose Lee bought more shares (direct and indirect) and emerged as new substantial shareholder. Interesting to note that he is also a shareholder of Victoria Principal. This means he is CK Lau's man. I believe we could see many more interesting development in this company soon.

Attended virtual AGM just now. Prospect of company looks good. They tried to answer most of the questions especially those from MSWG. CEO, Datuk Ambrose Joseph Lee, personally addressed questions relating to share prices and company performance and future prospect. I think he gave quite a good and impressive answer. He hears the concerns from all about the weak share price performance. He mentioned that he has been buying the company shares almost everyone and thinks that it is a rare opportunity to buy at the current share price. His rationale is buy when there is adversity and not chase only after the wind. Gold mine is currently under trial run whilst the project team has restarted the new limestone factory in Nov21 (after delay caused by MCO). He is optimistic of better days ahead and expects to see great value when their 3 business divisions come to maturity.

Bawang merah already lost its red color and now turned into Bawang Putih. Anyway I already sold all my shares in this counter with a big loss. Will never touch this useless counter anymore.

Wait for updates from AGM on 17/12. Hope company going to announce some positive developments such as their gold mining, new limestone factory and not forgetting their chili padi sauce (Sabasco).

Looks like MQ doing their final bit of buying under the PP before they push up the price. Note also the floor price of 2.5sen meaning the PP cannot be cheaper than 2.5 sen.

The VWAP of Bornoil Shares during the 5 consecutive Trading Days up to and including 8 December 2021 is RM0.0246. For avoidance of doubt, pursuant to the terms of the Subscription Agreement, the parties of the Subscription Agreement have agreed to fix a floor price of RM0.0250 per Placement Share ("Floor Price"). For clarification, the subscription price can never be lower than the Floor Price, unless otherwise agreed between the parties of the Subscription Agreement. As such, this subscription price was fixed at the Floor Price.

Actually I am not worried over this counter as there are apparently strong support at the back.

Some big funds are pushing it back to 1.73 ! Quite funny.

Once the PP finished or expired the price will go up. The PP is the stumbling block at the moment but it wont be long. Have faith mates.

Not likely for history to repeat itself. Previously there was no enough supply for rubber gloves and thus sellers able to push up the ASP (average selling price) but currently the situation is different as there is abundant and over supply not just from Malaysia but also other countries e.g. China. Hence in my humble opinion the recent surge in share price is not sustainable and has to fall back to their realistic value,
