Latest QR released just now. I was expecting them to report losses due to the MCO. Instead it is good to see the quarter ended with profit. Also company is in net cash position. I guess nothing to worry and expect share price to gradually go up.

Today rubber gloves move, tomorrow could be vaccine move. Whilst rubber gloves are required should Omicron really becomes a threat, vaccines (or more so boosters) will also be required for protection. When they start taking profit on rubber glove stocks which can be expected anytime soon, they will channel funds into vaccine stocks. Lets watch.

The low volume indicates that the price has bottomed out at 2.5 sen to 3.0 sen. There are still some people throwing at 2.5sen and hopefully they wont regret as that the about the price that MQ bought by millions under the PP. We just need to wait for the PP to expire (in about 2 months time) and for the QR to come out (hope no surprise although I do not expect it to be great given the recent MCO). The AGM is to be held on 17Dec21 (10am) and I think we should try to attend (virtually) and seek some clarification from the BOD especially the latest progress and development plan for the new limestone plant and gold mining.

For me I will just hold tight and take a medium term view.

Seems no one willing to sell at 2.5sen. I have been trying to top up some and have been queing at 2.5sen for ages and still cannot get. Will be happy if someone throw at 2.5sen. Meanwhile just hold tight till PP completed.

They might have intentionally pressed down the price for some big corporate exercise to come early next year.

With so much shares acquired at low price of 2.5 sen, there is also the possibility of privatisation. It makes sense given the relatively low price compared with the NTA and the lands held by the company (they can privatise and then strip off the land with big gain). Also the company is now in net cash position.

why 2.5 sen. ....basically there is a minimum floor price of 2.5 sen that MQ can acquire under the PP agreement. So they will not let the price drop below 2.5 sen or else we can buy cheaper than MQ. As it is we hardly can get 2.5 sen with the long Q
